As I know they tweaked the team a little and now are continuing on a slower but more clear and open way. At least the main announcer/updater on discord have changed and they post a lottttt

Swem was never patreon only unless it was beta and before posting it but that was years ago

Do you have to redownload the mod every time it gets updated?
Through curseforge, all you had to do is press update on it. If you’re using other modloaders, yes.

Wish this was in 1.18 seems only servers ik with swem plays on that version which is pretty sad. The mod is awesome but kinda boring when playing it in single player.
