High Water in Herzberg at 23rd February 2017

t23rd February 2017: A lot of water in Herzberg am Harz! Luckily, Sieber and Lonau crossed not, or only slightly, the shores. But it is impressive to see these mighty waters! Unfortunately, the real mood can't be transmitted by the video.
Because of rainfall in the Harz mountains, not only the rainfall, but also the many snow was swept into the Harz rivers. The Sieber river is the last unregulated of the large Harz rivers.
In Hörden, Elbingerode and Hattorf, the water masses are especially impressive, considering that the river beds are drying there for half a year!
