@MaxMx-b8u Rare blueprints can't be found in any farming location(to my knowledge) best way to obtain them is saving coins and buying at Silvertoon. Always spend your coins on rare blueprints until you got a good weapon 👍👍

How to get lot of rare blueprints
I can't find them in any location
