Perodua Myvi 2006 - upper oil pan replacement/reseal

The upper oil pan leaking is quite common on a Perodua Myvi. In this video, I am sharing my experience in the attempt to reseal the oil pan. However, I broke the oil pan and had to replace it instead. However, the process if replacement and reseal are the same.

Today I service the caliper pin due to some noise when road surface is uneven and I encounter the oil leaking as this video. Perhaps I take this challenge to repair the leak issue.

Yes, possible. It will be tight space but can be done.

You don't buy it. I already stated in the video what are the contents of the concoction. Buy the ingredients and mix it yourself.

Leave it 24 hours or at least overnight for the RTV to completely cure.
