Great info. So in your opinion micro mesh is pointless. Let me try using what I just learned from you about micro poly and nano mesh. Also how do we reduce polycount if overall polycount is too large? I had issues creating a uv for my micromesh of 50k polys
Nanomesh could be very powerful if it could work with the new slime tool in real time with all the size variation that could be applied then perhaps export Alembic
Is polysphere no longer show up ontop for 2023? I can still use nanamesh but it doesnt show polyshere on top anymore. (imm viewer on)
1:13 = Sonic had a heart attack watching this
I was thinking the same thing, nerd!
How do do a fading/tapering nanomesh?
set them to proportional and change the size of the polygons
Oh, man, this got a little complicated. But, I can see how this can save you a ton of work if using multiples instances of an IMM.

I still don't understand what the micro-mesh can be used for. Seems like a useless function.
