I'm glad you brought up the Lime Crime boycott. Had no idea until now. My sister is getting married this summer and I was going to purchase a lip product from them, but this changes everything. Now my question is, what preferably matte lip product would you recommend instead? I live in Newfoundland and have noticed a lack of drugstore options so I don't mind shopping online. As MOH I want something long wearing and comfortable. Also, my dress is grey and I have no friggen clue what color would go well with that.
Emberly Iscariot I'm from Newfoundland too! The color that would go with Grey depends on the shade of the dress and your skin tone. I would think a classic red or possibly a deep berry shade would be cute. I think for matte lips the Revlon jumbo pencils are great (can't remember the name of the product exactly) and they come in a bunch of different finishes. Hope this helps
I'd go a something nude or light. A pale pink would be nice. That's just what I think of for weddings. You're gonna b crazy busy all day n the last thing you're going to want to worry about is touching up a dark lip. Anastasia, girlactik, dose of color, just to name a few 😋 good luck!!

I JUST placed my order for HK Girl and Topaz!!!!!!! I've been on SV for years and it was just not wowing me and I have been wanting to find that holy grail top coat and have tried OPI, Essie, China Glaze, Formula X(which I am obsessed with the base coat) I've tried every top coat out in drugstore brands and I finally took your advise and of course I had to support Topaz while I was at it!!! Loved this video btw, Flutter Kiss looked amazing on you!!!

Given that there's less product in these than the original round case lipsticks I thought the packaging would be a little bit more sturdy? Red could be good? It usually looks good with gray.
