they dont need to, they will just ban their competitors in the US market like they did with Huawei...... they will be buddy buddy with google when they see serious money is being lost.
@nimbleduck It's useable, everything works. But I just hate the looks, everything is cramped just like Chinese style website if you understand. Unrefined, I can say.
It throttles hard. I just saw a test which shows that Vivo strangles performance to get good battery life and stop that Dimensity burning the phone. For most users, this is a sensible strategy, but not a gamer phone if you play AAA mobile games.
@@andyH_EnglandIs there anything called AAA mobile games? There might be one or two games not more than that. Besides, no one is buying that for gaming only. I am using Xiaomi 13 pro with 8 Gen 2 soc onboard and this thing doesn't even sweat whatever I through at it. It might get warmer after extended period game but can handle without any issues. So, even if you get half the performance of this beast of a SOC (Dimensity 9400), you will end up with 8 Gen 2 level performance. In my opinion this would be more than enough for 99% of the consumers.
A very expensive phone that currently costs more to buy in the UK than an iPhone 15PM. Checking resellers on eBay, it is £1200 for the global version with VAT paid and £900 odd imported, so VAT will be due. The Chinese ROM phone is cheaper, but good luck with that. I don't see many people paying £1200 for the X200 Pro, so it's no wonder Vivo doesn't sell it locally in Europe. It is for those who take photos or videos in the dark or do a lot of zoom photography. Most of us do not, so it is a tough sell outside the techie demographic.
@@mdmasudrana117 You can, but I have no interest in doing that because it will likely void the warranty. In the UK, we get a 2-3 year warranty, and I would only consider doing something like that outside of that support. It would be difficult enough to fix a Chinese phone if it breaks, let alone if you have switched ROMs. That’s why I buy phones in the UK; they cost more, but you get better consumer protection.
I thing this phone is amazing in every way battery ,cameras , performance and display . But I thing they should make an X200 Ultra with SD elite , 1 inch main camera the rest of the cameras will remain the same , and may be adding 6500 mhA battery or more , of corse the phone will be heavy but powerful in term of the hardware .
📌This phone is so global that you can't find this phone on Vivo official website in European countries, including France and Germany or other big countries like South Africa or Brazil for example ... 🙄. ℹ️ Global Rom does not mean global distribution and official release whatever the continent you live
And I bet you haven’t ever used them to make that statement. Oppo for one has maybe the best Android software so shows how clueless you are about other brands
Camera Feel is great but you can't take it anywhere you want. That's what is smartphone for. It stays with you all the time and you don't need much learning to capture your liking. Just point and shoot and add some filters, you are good to go. Whereas, there needed some learning curve for the mirrorless. FYI, DSLR is dead apart form Pentax or some other brand.
iphone can't compete

Still u gonna see more people using iphone in china than vivo

I bought X200, take it with me on new year trip. Photos is amazing, only thing I hate is UI.
is the os not good? thats the only thing keeping me from getting it.

I am actually surprised X200 Pro has tamed the 9400 beast of the chip... it never overheats.

I was wondering if this global version will work on T-Mobile? Has anyone using here in US? Thanks
Yes it will work with T-mobile and metro (maybe). Not with ATT and Verizon
Chinese ver yes
Yes it will T-mobile is also available in europe
I use x200 pro Chinese version on Tmobile US.. No issues.. I don't care for 5g..i have reception everywhere
If I got the x100 pro and the x100 ultra do it make sense upgrading to this one
Nope
Hi, does the global version accept esim?
Hello sir, could you do a comparison for vivo x200 pro and redmagic7 pro please,, which is better for camera thank you
I really liked Vivo x200 Pro Mini why didn't they launch in India

You know you can unlock the bootloader and use the Global Rom if you prefer.
