Jason Bakula is such an informative guest, love when he pops in. Jets are going to need two steady defenders if they plan to win in the playoffs how about Rasmus Andersson and Nick Seeler? How about Bringing in Mathieu Olivier to be Jets guard dog? He can disrupt in front of the net while also protecting Jets small players. Teams have figured out that roughing up the jets is key to winning. Jets will need him sometime might as well do it now. That’s unless you want Schiefele & Lowery fighting.
Catching up on KnR. First line is an absolute ghost 👻. 55 and KFC reverting back to floating. Injury or not 55 legs aren't broken. I would be very happy to never see Stanley in a Jets uniform again. Arneil post game comments were triggering. Hopefully back in the W column soon.
That guest knows his hockey! I loved when he called him out for not hitting guys! I don't like Stanley but come on man if you're 6'7" and apperently know for grit and stuff then you gotta hit people! Guess what Stanley is not a physical guy, just like Tyler Myers, I see so many similarities between these guys, huge guy that thinks he can pass and skate and doesn't use his size at all, Pionk hits guys all the time and he's small AF, Stanley just doesn't play physical, telling the media he needs to be playing is freaking ridiculous, we've got Heinola, Lundmark and Salomansson, all young guys that could use minutes
Stanley needs to go. and the top 2 lines need a shake-up. This current 3-6 stretch seems to correlate directly with the top line's productivity falling off. Outside of the Panthers game at home, this line has been invisible at 5-on-5. And it shows how imbalanced this line-up is. The top line goes cold, and the Jets are hard-pressed to find offense. During this stretch, in 5 of the losses, the team has managed just 1 goal. Not to mention, the top 2 lines have skill guys, but no physical element. And when playing against bigger teams that have a physical player on their top lines, the difference is quite stark.
Great guest guys. Another great show.
Can we get Stanley on the Winkler flyers????
#TheKegSOTG is the toe save by Helly at the end of the 1st. Might not have counted but still a great save.
