this was a mortal vs god kind of moment tbh, TnC (generally filipinos) were underdogs and OG was the favorite by many. i still remember the chills i felt when i was watching this game and how twitch chat blew and people in social medias who were watching the game kept posting about the game. it was a really iconic moment in dota history

Filipino Dota plays exactly like Open AI. It's the play style of Dota 1 back in the old days when everything is about Line-up, Counters, and Theorycrafting. They do not follow so called Meta, but rather adopt to every changes including hero picks.

Huskar always ends up disarmed, and Sheep in Dota 1. Venge role back then is none existing in Dota 2. It's a carry but stacking aura as team support. 2nd Place for the Aura Carry is Chen with Pet Aura, then 3rd is Luna with Dominator (Back when it also have lifesteal which compliments both Aura Strat and her own spells).
These videos are awesome, mainly because they help give esports some of the credibility, respectability, maturity and intelligence they're somewhat lacking in. While so many of the players still struggle to carry themselves as professional, it's good to see commentators and analysts are able to produce high quality stuff like this.

If Filipinos just don't talk shits in games, we would have gotten more recognition compared to other SEA countries. Filipinos play well in competitive gaming. It's just the trashtalking and the immature mindset that fucked it up. Remember the dota 1 days? Mineski did pretty well there, too. After that, Filipinos just became cocky. You probably won't believe this but in a computer shop here in our hometown, we have a fair number of players that have 7-8k mmr.

Ive watched this on our tv and me and my friend have a bet i go for og since tnc always falls short on chinese and european power teams but when tnc is clawing their way for the gg push i literally shouted KNOCK OG OUT OF THE TOURNAMENT im the happiest losser in that day

In case someone is wondering, how are they now? Well. . . . they are doing more than great. They just fucking won 7 million pesos. In the recent event that was held in China.(grand champions BTW) But before that. I just want to inform that few months after this match (the match that you just watched) the team broke and 3 members left to join Fnatic including Demon, and two other pinoy members that I can't remember. It was a harsh decision. But enough about that.the two pinoy players that left were came back in the team.unfortunately, demon never came back,and they needed to replace him but fortunately for them they found 1437. And I believe that he is their new captain. but if you ask me the team is stronger than before. Able to compete at Ti7 and oh, they almost crush liquid at star ladder series. That was so intense Btw. So the current members are SamH,1437,Raven,Kuku, and Tims. (No pinoy member replaced) I'm not a Filipino btw but I love this team. And just by watching their recent matches you will get the feeling that no one stands out in their team it feels like they are all in perfect unison they play as one. Something few other teams lack.
