Watching this with my super biased Protoss-loathing diamond 1 Zerg eyeballs, all I can think is “how the crap can Protoss keep the game this close and stay in it for so long when they’re so behind?” I quit playing last year specifically because of Protoss. I just could never finish them off past a certain point of the game because I don’t have the skill to use spellcasters well. My winrate has always been ZvT ~60%, ZvZ 50%, and ZvP has been in the dumps for years between 35-40% depending on the season. Nothing makes me hate the game more than playing against that race. I loved Starcraft, but I think I’ve finally reached the point this past year where I’m moving on to other games, and I don’t think I’m ever going back 😢. It was one hell of a ride! I’ll keep watching your videos, though, Mr. Neuro! You’re always a treasure
Just practice with spell casters, my problem has been I never used them so I never got better at them. Lost a lot of games in the beginning then I won a lot after I got confertable
I play for fun not for the win, but i luckily win somehow without knowing.I also play with all Z,P and T , less P cause its the last i used. Most importantly that i try new ways and enjoy it.
Current ZvP reminds me of TvZ from the end of WoL back in the day - you couldnt let T set up and Turtle to mine the map and slow push strangle you out. Now, though the new zerg slow push happens much sooner I do think if wol had more time for the meta to shift, that would have changed much like this style will probably only be strong for the next year or so
