I don't have any seitan recipes on my blog, unfortunately. Traditional seitan is also made from gluten, but you should be able to find a good gluten-free seitan-like roast that you can make for your table :)

It's not gluten-free, but Bob's Red Mill makes a gluten-free crust.

Why granulated sugar?
To sweeten the apples :)
@SweetPotatoSoul you do know granulated sugar is not a healthy sweetener for pastries. Why you don't use date sugar or agave or coconut sugar? You cutting corners with your recipes and that is the reason why I had to 🗑 your cookbook.
Froman old ape farmer....The color of the skin does not i dicate its ripeness. Sun is more the factor.
