Bonding metal profiles for LED strips to an indoor pool | WEICON Aqua Flex

In this video we show how to professionally attach metal profiles for LED strips to an indoor pool with WEICON Aqua Flex.
First of all, it is important to carefully clean the parts to be bonded with WEICON Spray Cleaner S (www.weicon.de/.... In the next step, the spacers are attached with WEICON VA 8312(www.weicon.de/..., whereby the surfaces to be bonded are first cleaned with WEICON Adhesive Cleaner(www.weicon.de/...) to ensure optimum adhesion. Finally, we apply WEICON Aqua-Flex(www.weicon.de/...) and assemble the parts perfectly.
This process ensures a reliable and long-lasting bond, even in the humid environment of an indoor pool.
WEICON Aqua-Flex has strong adhesion, can be sanded "wet on wet", has excellent ageing resistance, is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, resistant to fresh and sea water and is free of silicone, isocyanate, halogen and solvents. The product is ISEGA certified and can be used as an adhesive in food technology. Aqua-Flex is an elastic MS polymer-based adhesive and sealant for wet and damp substrates and is suitable for bonding numerous materials such as metal, plastic, ceramic, wood, glass and stone. The adhesive and sealant can be used in pipe and pipeline construction, in tank and apparatus construction, in ventilation and air conditioning technology, in gardening and landscaping, in the sanitary sector and wherever silicones or products containing silicone are not suitable.
