Time Warp and Flight Deck aren't being removed for this project, but they could in the future for something else. Regardless, I'm very excited for this project and I don't care if its a launched wing or a launched invert. Also thanks for shouting out Amusement Insiders, he's a great guy.
If Dominion is getting wing, I don't expect Fair to do two of those in the same year, therefore an invert seem more plausible for Wonderland. Here something else, all things considered with the economy, would Cedar Fair do two huge B&M's in the same year?
It's nice to see Wonderland start to really catch up with the big dogs of the Cedar Fair parks, since they took over its been arguably their favourite park and it's been slowly catching up, I feel like this new coaster and maybe giving the RMC treatment to Wild Beast would really give it that status that Kings Island and Cedar Point have, we already have arguably the beat flat ride selection in the world, just getting rid or improving some of those lower tier coasters would really help
I don't think a wing coaster will fit in that mountain. It's already packed as is and wings take a ton of extra room. I'd lean the invert like you mentioned, and B&M has been trying all sorts of new things lately so add this to the list!
I’d much rather see a launched B&M invert. CW isn’t afraid of prototypes, which a launched version would be. It also wouldn’t overlap with a launched wing at KD
The image looks like an Invert, but the description in the survey said wing, with a similar story to Wonder Mountain Guardian. The mountain has very limited space, so I wouldn't be surprised if Guardian or Vortex need to be removed. (I don't want to see Vortex get removed) Visually, a wing would be amazing coming out of the mountain and the view on the ride too, but an invert would be easier to work into the mountain. An invert would also mean Flight Decks days would be numbered. And with Kingswood Theater being closed, I could see the Time Warp and Flight Deck area be incorporated to a new themed area or expansion of World Expo
@@SyntaxOverflow I'm pretty sure the one at Carowinds was too but they still reinstalled it next to Nighthawk and it is still sitting in the park today
2025 will be huge. Everywhere. It'll be a hallmark year in the amusement/theme park industry. And we barely know about any of it yet. Dare I say....It'll be an "epic" year!
I was kinda hoping for the B&M launched wing, with the concert/rave theming would be awesome. Sorta reminds me of of that coaster at Disney with Aerosmith, but more up to date.
The wing coaster doesn't make sense with the required width of the trains and track. Vortex goes to the top of the mountain already. An inverted coaster would fit without having to destroy the mountain altogether!
CW is not going to remove Flight Deck or Time Warp. Whatever you think of them, people ride them. I ride Flight Deck. I don't care for Time Warp. The last thing we need is moving people into other ride queues. We need rides to disperse the guests. Especially after learning the province will allow ~72,000 in the park. I'm wondering if the new coaster might parallel the south parking lot, like Leviathan does. Easily have 300-400m of track along there.
Are we sure building a launch coaster that shoots through a man made mountain is a good idea? We saw them do that with Volcano: The Blast Coaster at Kings Dominion, and we all know what happened to that thing. I understand that it was from a different manufacturer and that it had other technical problems with it being a prototype, but it doesn't change that maintaining a coaster within a mountain is a very difficult task.
Canada's Wonderland already has 3 coasters interacting with the mountain. Coasters have been interacting with it since 1986. The park knows how to maintain the co-existence of the coasters with the mountain.
Sorry, it's not an invert. We are getting a B&M Wing Launch coaster. I cant wait to ride it. Xtreme Skyflyer is getting removed and so is Kingswood Music Theatre. Flight Deck and Time Warp will be will be removed.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Invert > wing. Also, since almost every major park has their own B&M invert, now's the perfect time to steal some records(height, speed, etc).

I've actually met A.I. in person! I also spent 2 seasons (2022-2023) working as a ride operator for Wilde Beast
@@AG7-MTM I've met him in person as well
Not for this project no, but Wonderland has all but confirmed that Flight Deck and Time Warp are on the chopping block. They will not be missed.
Thanks for covering my home park!
Thank you very much. I really appreciate the super chat! I cannot wait to visit the park in 2025

If they already paid for the ride, its gotta be built, regardless of the coming economic times.
It's now confirmed to be premier rides

Those weren’t steel tubes. I think they were sono tubes. You pour concrete into them for footers…
🤘
Yup
I could see a Gerstlauer Infinity Invert at this park.

This is really interesting watching this but gosh I hate these damn commercials!
3:27 😅 just sayin 🤷
I saw it too
Lmao

I for one would like to see the launched invert happen. I built some in RCT3 and always wanted one in real life.
They will reinstall the swing somewhere else in the park like Carowinds did rip cord I guarantee that much
Good idea.
I doubt that, the lease is up in 2025
@@SyntaxOverflow I'm pretty sure the one at Carowinds was too but they still reinstalled it next to Nighthawk and it is still sitting in the park today
Regardless of what kind of coaster it will be I think it’s fair to say it will be a great one, thanks again for giving me a shout out in this video!
I think it will be the B&M Flying Coaster that comes in and out of Wonder Mountain and flies around the World Expo.
3:25 lol

Canada's Wonderland is My Home Park 🗻Thay Already Have Survivor Marking Around International Show Place & Extream Skyflyer
The wing coaster doesn't make sense with the required width of the trains and track. Vortex goes to the top of the mountain already. An inverted coaster would fit without having to destroy the mountain altogether!
Also an invert would achieve faster speeds since there is less wind resistance vs a wing coaster
I hope they don't get rid of theatre because people say it 4d now and 4d cinemas video game.
Those are cardboard sonotubes used for footers not metal
I am really hoping for a launched flyer or invert. Something like banshee with a launch would be pretty epic in my opinion!

I DESPERATELY want RMC Wilde Beast to happen before 2030. That's what I want to see
wilde beast would work if they removed the go karts
That one looks so much fun

@@quentenmajoor5861 Yes. They do have coasters in that mountain, but not to the extent of what this one will be.
Hear me out….an inverted wing!!! 🤣🤣🤣

The big problem is THEY need to maintain that "we have 18 roller coasters" slogan...
LARGEST

tell me how they would fit a massive wing coaster in the mountain occupied by 3 other coasters already
Don't know, but I'm sure the park has it all planned out.
@terg8472 there's no guarantee all 3 existing coasters would remain
ALL coasters do not run for Winter / Christmas Feast so absolutely no plans on visiting.
Brother those look like cardboard forms for concrete work
💚
You should make this private and unprivate it on 2025 lol
Flight deck rules go away
So many garbage coasters at this park. They need to RMC Wilde beast and trash Time Warp,Dragon Fyre, flight Deck, Bat….and get a B&M invert.
You forgot Minebuster on that list.
Time Warp isn’t even bad
Thank you for insulting my home park
@@First-Drop-Studios even if it isnt bad its below mediocre at best
