I've been waiting to see a speed run of this game longer than I care to admit.
I remember getting a demo for this game with the Official Playstation Magazine. I loved it, but I was never able to find the full game.
Seems like it got an extremely low print run in the US. Lucked out and found my copy in a used game shop for $40 in 1999, and have treasured it ever since. It's a $50 game today, but worth it if you like puzzle games. I still pull it out every couple years and have a go.
also possible to buy on the japanese PSN
same. I enjoyed the demo but never had the game... I liked it but I wasn't great at it.
Same dude. Came on a demo disc with my PSX and it was my favorite game on the disc, but I never found it to buy or even rent...
Psx demo disc got it and I know picked up the game on ebay for 50 bucks for a while ago. i remember if u fucked up gave u low iq score
My uncle used to play this game with me when I was younger. Ever since then we've had a running gag yelling out "PERRRRRRFEEEEECT" whenever we fuck up on any game.
I don't understand anything about this game but it looks cool as fuck.
PEEEEERFECT : the game
Oh man, I had a demo of this when I was young. When the avatar falls to his death in the black void, brrrrrr, it gave me nightmares.
Impressively done! I've been playing this game since the moment it came out, and I never knew about the multi-capping glitch! Maybe it's because I'm not one to play it very fast. Just when you think you know everything about a game, someone comes along to teach you a thing or two!
Truly an Underrated Classic IQ
honestly the best ps1 game
it sounds like they're speaking english.. and talking about the game... but i understand nothing.. o.O
I understand nothing as well
16:39-17:20 How do you play?!
Brian Johnson for real he explained it horribly.
I still have a copy of this game. Love it. Curious to see if you use the double capture glitch.
22:20! Multi capping. Cool. I did that all the time.
C'mon man, they're not called "bombs", they're called advantage cubes. Anyway, this was neat to watch. I had no idea this classic from my childhood was still relevant! Fantastic game.
How are you able to lay down multiple single detonations?
Why can he blow up things so selectively? What are his inputs? Kurushi indeed.
44:24 262 is pretty good considering that the highest IQ ever was William James Sidis with an IQ between 250 and 300.
Read a few articles on the chap William James Sidid. Seems that he was intelligent, but the "IQ" score he received was only hearsay originated by his sister, and is likely to have been the score on another standardized test that wasn't based on any IQ scores.
Ok
ayyyy tufff
PS1 Classic brought me here
Same i don't understand how tf you play it
The announcer kinda sounds like Marc Summers. It's uncanny and now I'm imagining Marc actually talking at AGDQ!
omg spikevegeta gets shut down so hard everytime he talks by the guy on the couch XD i can't even XD i'm in tears it's hilarious, poor spike tried so hard MEGALUL
It's supposed to get all the cubes it's not complicated. Player! Soon unlogical.
(Hype)
