My husband is a long distance trucker and trying very hard to eat healthy and lose weight. He also told me that and I help him. It’s hard doing a sedentary job that’s also very stressful and challenging.
I have to agree with Josh mostly. Just talk to them. If they are unreasonable, leave.

I had lost a bunch of weight, I hadn't really noticed but the lady I was with did. She asked if I was alright. I said: "I don't know, maybe I'm sick. Maybe my body knows but my head doesn't." I was working 2 jobs, 1. a pet store so there was alot of heavy lifting. 2. Was a factory job running carpet from foam injection to the water jet. Fast pace, lots of cardio.
Never once did she accuse me of cheating. Lol
These segments could just have Jess , Chick , Josh , and I'd be good. 👍
