I've been playing bass and keys on the worship team at my church, but i've always been insecure about singing... Yesterday at church, the Holy Spirit filled me and this song was the very first song I have EVER sang in front of a crowd. God gave me the confidence and I was very blessed! PRAISE YESHUAH!! HOLY HOLY HOLY IS THE GREAT I AM!!
This past Saturday(08-02-2014), the guy who usually leads worship at my church on Saturday nights was out of town, I've always played guitar in the band, so the pastor of the church asked me to lead, I accepted. I've never been a singer, but it worked out. The band was; Me on electric guitar, a drummer, and two backup singers. I was asked about a half hour before I left the house, so I had to make a set list quickly. The list was: 1.Your love never fails 2. Mighty to save 3. You won't relent 4. Happy day 5. How he loves I just thought it was funny how I sang you won't relent as one of the first songs I ever played and sang of a microphone, and it was also your first song to lead. That turning in your stomach when you think of a dog doing that is the same way God feels when He sees us return to our sin. Yet, He has not relented to pursue us. Thank You Jesus!!!!

What a powerful, heavy song, with a mystical quality reminiscent of such songs as Christ in me arise, etc. Christ indeed is relentless. He is the Hound of Heaven and will do everything, including giving His life on the cross, to show His love for you! But you have to make the decision to accept His gift of salvation.
