St Ives Bay - Tons of Chemicals to be dumped here?

Believe it or not Southwest Water are entering into a deal for carbon capture which could result untested chemicals being dumped into St Ives Bay affecting Hayle, Carbis Bay, St Ives and Gwithian and all the wildlife and sealife within it.
