When we understand the actions of 'humanity' as a whole we can see the consequences of these on our dear planet and why people and governments across the globe are now seeking to address the need to change our habits and actions so the earth can flourish again.
Raja Yoga Master Sister Shivani will explain how this journey starts within each individual spirit and how now is the time to strengthen our inner being so we can align our actions with our original benevolence. The afternoon also includes a question and answer session with Sister Shivani on this fascinating topic, facilitated by Samantha Fraser.
Sister Shivani is a practitioner of Raja Yoga Meditation of the Brahma Kumaris for over 22 years. Her practical application of spiritual principles on the TV programme 'Awakening with Brahma Kumaris', for over 13 years, has empowered people to overcome issues of emotional distress, depression and relationship conflicts. In March 2019, she was awarded the prestigious Nari Shakti Puraskaar, the highest civilian honour for women in India, for her role in transforming human behaviours. She has been appointed as Goodwill Ambassador by the World Psychiatrist Association. She is an Electronics Engineer from Pune University
Samantha has been a Raja Yoga meditation practitioner for 26 years. Although she was born in London and educated in the UK Samantha spent 20 years running personal development and meditation programmes for the Brahma Kumaris in different countries in Africa. Professionally she has worked in primary education for over 25 years

as they were just as traumatized by the violent narcissistic environment which we were exposed to…
there are many more gifts of this legacy…
like learning to accept life without expectations…
as a child I could see why the abusers were so mean…
it was not me..
it was that they were abuse….
Forgiving them…
but learning to practice safe distance…
there are even more gifts..

Yes, the climatic condition has deep roots in the human it mind shift from Life Force to material force, it exists in our disconnection from our consciousness and intelligence and Universal Consciousness and intelligence. It exists in the self and Ego, that has caused the deterioration of Truth and Justice and extreme materialism.
how to overcome irrrational fear..if we dont have specific reason behind it..
Start doing deep belly breathing exercise, kapalabhati and anulom vilom. Calms down, stabalises the mind, heart rate, thoughts and raises the vibration+ energises the body and heals illnesses too. Try it🙏.
