It's honestly so fascinating and refreshing to watch CC. She doesn't have to pull something big out like being able to rig her own model, but it's just really fun to watch her. I hope she knows that her work is appreciated on this side of the stream.

Their NDA's may need to be changed very soon, the JTC just issued a notice about how talents for all talent agencies were prevented from taking their stage names, when they left, this is very big for Holo talents and Niji talents. They can negotiate the transfer of ownership of the channel should they graduate and not want to give up the following etc. The JTC will be issuing an opinion soon and that will guide their enforcement of the Anti-monopolies Act with regards to entertainment companies. If that happens and depending on what is in the opinion a lot of things could change in a big way for VTubing

Cover really expanding. We got streamers, gamers, artists (art), artists (music), entertainers, voice actors, and now Vtuber riggers. Within 2 years, I think 1-2 next gen talents will have Cecilia as a rigger parent 🔥🔥🔥
Honestly though its cool that theyve been hiring so many talented people, it definitely makes it overwhelming for people who want to join Hololive and people who are already there. Like how can you compete when the line up is not just talented, its insanely talented. Though i can see the reaosning behind it, it makes it quite sad that there are some diamonds in the rough that'll never be picked just because they dont have the singing voice of a diva, draws insanely well, plays video games like a pro etc. And even the girls already in Hololive are feeling the pressure, im sure a lot of them have imposter syndrome looking back and knowing they would never be chosen if they tried now. We wouldnt have a Korone or Subaru if they didnt give a hidden gem a chance to shine.

Like pretty much any skill it comes down to practice. Your first project won't be ready to use as a professional VTuber avatar - nor the 10th or the 20th. Don't expect miracles. But if you do like it and keep at it, you'll improve over time.
I've never tried rigging a L2D Vtuber model, but I suspect its WAY more difficult than Cecelia is making out, maybe not to do it as a hobby or something, but to reach the level she's reached, that takes talent. And to get hired as a rigger at Cover, she's clearly really bloody good at it. Good for her.

Ina last I checked doesn't want to be a mama while she's in hololive (keep in mind Ina is busy in other places outside of hololive too, so it'll be a lot on her plate). Raora on the other hand does.
