My mother worked at a local Kmart in the pharmacy before the pharmacy got shut down.. And she quit because a rumor had began that she was doing drugs, because she had been "oddly nice to customers." She quit soon after her drug test. The only thing she takes is prescribed meds. She's been clean for years. Some people just can't let others enjoy their jobs.

When I was selling bus tickets, I was "black sheep" of company, because I was nice to foreigners. My coworkers, every time they took money from black person, they washed their hands and was disgusted by me, when I didn't. Almost nobody was talking with me because of it. Then they started to count my minutes, that I spend on toilet and when I asked them, if it's problem to go to toilet and tha I can't anything about it, that I just need to go pee, they told me: "I don't drink whole shift (12 hours) to not go peeing.". I was there only 5 months, than I quit. I ended that job with screaming at my manager: "People under you are having depression and are really struggling with every day, they are at job, because of those bitches. You won't do anything about it?", she replied "If they are unhappy, they can leave.".
Now I'm hating even buy tickets from this bus company, because I know how horribly they are behaving to their staff.

I love that you do disclaimers at the beginning of videos like this, like saying it's not typical of all zoos. It's really responsible of you! I work in a zoo and I love it, I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience! Zoos are often seen as a standard for animal care, so when you get a bad one it does often tar all zoos, which is such as shame as there are some great ones out there!

Rio Kelathi zoos are awful, animals weren’t put in this world to serve us or to entertain us... one thing is a rehabilitation center and another thing is a zoo, that steels animals from the wild and keeps them captive against their will, and don’t try to tell me that some of the animals are rescued bc that’s just simply not true...

My supervisor (a long time ago) was a serious bully. I worked under her for about a year before it got too much and I verbally lost it with her and stormed out of the office. The actual circumstances on the day were so trivial, but it was the last straw in a whole catalogue of behaviour. I was seen leaving the office by the HR Manager and another senior manager. I was in floods of tears, and they took me somewhere quiet and I told them what was going on with my supervisor. They were actually really supportive, though they did say that 'this' was a massive over reaction to the event that had just taken place...I knew they were right, but I also kept reminding myself that it wasn't an isolated incident. I think they sent me home, I went to my GP, and she signed me off with stress for two weeks. I used that time to find another job, and left without ever having to encounter my ex supervisor again...which I was very grateful for.
I'm so sorry you experienced such a vile work environment too, but it made us who we are today, strong confident women. And secretly I smile when I think of the telling off I gave her all those years ago 😁xx

I FEEL FOR YOU EM! I actually had to deal with a similar situation this past year. I got job at a large dog boarding facility that I had been wanting for for a few years. Unfortunately when I got there the supervisors did a poor job at training me and the other new employees. Whenever I would ask questions the supervisors would act like it was such a inconvenience for them to actually show me how to do my job. Not only that but the staff constantly yelled at or hit the dogs. Despite the fact that the facility has several policies against hitting the dogs it still happened on a daily basis. Eventually I couldn't take it any more and I quit the job a few months after I started. I absolutely loved working with the dogs but my coworkers made it a toxic environment that was honestly bad for my mental health.

    • @haleys4899

I had a similar experience at a dog boarding facility, except I never saw the staff hit a dog. In my case, they had only one barely trained employee at a time watch over 25-35 dogs of all different sizes and behavioral reputations all cramped into this “playroom”. This one person was responsible for breaking up inevitable dog fights while also constantly cleaning up their piss and poo. It was nearly impossible, and incredibly unsafe. Oftentimes when I was unsuccessful in breaking up a dog fight one of the managers would have to sprint into the room and save me. Sometimes, they wouldn’t even remove the dog from the playroom. They would continue to put aggressive dogs in the playroom with all the others. Btw, there were literally just as many managers as there were people working in the back (4). Red flag much? Anyway, my grievances don’t stop there. When isolated in this playroom with these insane hoards of dogs, your only coping mechanism was a tiny old radio. So one day, I turn on this radio to make the best out of a shitty situation, and the senior manager (the worst employee of all) storms in and yells, demanding I turn the radio down, when it was already barely loud enough to hear over the sounds of the dogs barking. This same manager also was telling a story one morning about a finicky dog, and blatantly said the dog “doesn’t like colored people.” I was fucking shook. The next day, one of the managers under her quit without notice. Then I quit the day after her with no notice.

I’ve been a zookeeper for a little under 2 years now at a popular zoo in Texas. It’s been fantastic getting this knowledge and experience under my belt, but the politics, back pain (oh my god...), and bad pay were really my driving factors for leaving. It’s one of those things where I’ve done what I came to do, am at peace with my own experience there, and am ready to move forward to something more up my field in aquatics. Wouldn’t trade my time there for anything.

I just found your channel today and I love your content already! I love how the explaining to you having quit your job as a zookeeper had everything to do with a coworker and not the animals, just proving how much better animals are than humans lol. I actually worked at what I thought was my DREAM job last year, at Sephora, only to have such a similar experience to you. Other than alcohol being involved, I worked with a team that I got along will except one woman who made it hell and so uncomfortable. She would barely ever speak to me and vice versa once I got the message but she would say rude comments loud enough so she knew I, and other staff, could hear. The upper management even knew of this "attitude" and told everyone good luck and just to give it time. She was a downright bully who could never say anything to your face. She would take pictures of things people did wrong just the same, she said out loud that she was "too good" for the job...yet she was working along with us just the same, just so many similarities. Eventually I brought every racist and rude comment she made to the store manager and I was told they would do an investigation but I don't think they ever did. Eventually she left, as did the rest of the team basically and they had cut hours since it went from 7-9 people doing this job to just me and my supervisor. It was very bittersweet leaving and I basically just sent an email that I was quitting and that was that, no reply or anything. My job before I worked with amazing girls but our manager was a dickhead. I had enough of his attitude and quit, as did the others eventually. Just really goes to show you how one toxic person can really spoil the entire environment, no matter if you're doing what you love.

I was an unpaid intern at a small zoo that sounds similar in my area and am working to finish my degree simultaneously. Almost having my degree, I feel it was a good time to have an internship. I loved my work and I did very similar work but had I not had a supportive team I don't know how I would have gotten through it. It was 10-11 hours of brutal work for 2-3 days of a week and left me exhausted. I loved the work and animals, and found the experience very rewarding and realized this is what I want to do long term if I can. I know it's not easy but with a toxic environment enabling people like "Veronica" I can't even imagine what that must have looked like.. zookeepers need to be willing to teach one another and work together or the job will never go smoothly and animals will suffer. Thank you for sharing this. I'm so grateful for my experience and hope I continue to have good ones moving forward.

For anyone in a similar situation, two words you need to learn: 'Constructive Dismissal'. Look it up.
I'm so sorry you went through that. I once did as well. For me, the faeces finally hit the aeration device when I suffered a work place injury that was entirely Toxic Jerk's fault. I know how their bullying behaviour wears away at your and abnormal comes to seem normal. They get away with it in places that are 'dream job' places- zookeeping is very hard to get into, so people will put up with a lot of shit(literally and figuratively in the case of zoos!) to keep their job.
Anyway...after single-handedly wrecking the career of Toxic Jerk and changing the entire workplace culture of that business (long story), I ended up being in management myself. I can tell you, from listening to your story, that the management over you were just absolutely begging you to enter mediation so that they could have a good, solid reason for sacking Veronica that would stand up in an employment tribunal. Of course, by that stage you were too worn down and fragile to be able to tolerate any extra stress whatsoever. That is how workplace bullies get away with it. It's frustrating, but your mental health is far more important than getting justice, so you did the right thing for you by walking away.
Employment law in the UK makes it really hard to sack someone (which is mostly a good thing), but it can be a problem if you have a spiteful employee. If anyone reading this feels you're in a bad situation, here are some tips that might save your sanity and your job:
    - Make sure you really know your employment law. Being able to quote laws and regulations scares the crap out of HR.
    - Join a union. They are not very powerful now, but they can give you legal aid in the case of constructive dismissal (which you could easily have claimed here, EM)
    - KEEP A JOURNAL!!!! This is super important. Once anything starts to feel a little off, keep records. Everything. Dates and times. Keep emails. Any official documentation. Keep the language neutral and unemotional.
    - Don't be afraid to use grievance procedures. They are there for just this sort of thing.
    - Most importantly, look after your mental health first. If it's too much, get out of that situation. Quit. Being out of work is better than a nervous breakdown.
Finally, I'd take that early retirement as a victory, EM. It validates your experience- they got rid of her as soon as they possibly could. That shows that she was the problem, not you. Having been in that situation, I know how that doubt can linger.

Your own dignity and peace of mind is worth far much more than putting up with someone disrespecting you and trying to make you look bad. It’s sad because people who act that way towards others have so much going on internally and are hurting emotionally. Glad you moved on from that and stood up for what you believe in.

Sometimes it takes a while to find your niche, even after you're sure about what you want to be career wise, so it's important to do your research and find a job that works for you. There's no reason you should allow yourself to be miserable when you're on a career path you know is right for you.

Last year I was working on a small zoo and there was 3 horrible woman who went out of their ways to bully me and other staff members, it was so hard to deal with it, as they were senior to me. I get so cross with myself thinking of how much crap I put up with! But it’s so hard at the time, to do/say anything to them. Luckily I joined a union and they backed me, needless to say all 3 employees got dismissed for how they behaved!! 1 month later I left as I found a great new job as an animal educator! I’m just really glad I left after they had gone, would never wanna feel they had won by bullying me to leave 😡

I want to become an illustrator/artist when I grow up. But I WILL keep pets. Currently, I have a doggie and LOTS of snails (my snails are in my garden, not an enclosure. They don't like enclosures. I feed them tomatoes, carrots and cucumbers). I asked my mum for a snake (Nerodia Fasciata) but she said, "NOPE", even after I told her all the good qualities (nonvenomous, cat-like bite, needs to be fed only once a week, only 19.99 dollars, no walks, no rabies, INCREDIBLY beautiful). She said I can have one when I'm on my own.
      So...
      👌Wish me luck!👌

While I have not worked at a zoo yet, I did a teen volunteer program with my local zoo, and was a Zookeeper shadow essentially. i helped feed any animals I was allowed to be around. Made enrichment every day, helped make diets, washed dishes, went on the morning cleaning runs. And I did that for 4 years until i aged out of the program. Now i do the adult volunteer program, which for now is less hands on with animals until i get all my training done. But my hope is to work at a zoo when I'm out of college for a few years. What you said about zoo keeping being a team thing, and a job that heavily entails human interaction, oml are you right. Just as a teen volunteer alone I had to work with almost every staff member, I had to talk to guests, work with my fellow teens. And there were definitely keepers who did not like the human side of zoo keeping. It was impossible to work with them and they treated me more like an assistant to them and someone to do the inconvenient stuff versus an apprentice who wanted to learn and be engaged. But i still look forward to working at a Zoo one day

The fact that it was a public organization probably contributed to her keeping that job for so long (and her eventual early retirement). Knowing the system as well as she appeared to, it might've been _very_ difficult to get rid of her, for a variety of bureaucratic reasons.
However, it was naive of you to smell alcohol multiple times and still give her the benefit of the doubt. If you smell alcohol on someone at an inappropriate time, it's a 90% chance they have a problem. If it happens more than once, it's 100%.

I used to work for a very small business where the only employees were me and the owner. Our workload was bordering on impossible, and she was giving me more so she could put more effort into a separate side business of hers. I was often working 24/7 for $15 a day and could NOT live on that even while living with family rent-free. In addition, the job was so demanding that I couldn't EVER take a vacation or sick day. I worked in some of the worst Minnesota blizzards, tornado warnings, and when I was running a 103 fever from pneumonia. I had to get surgery to remove what was believed to be a cancerous growth, but she threw such a fit over it. I had to WAIT four months to get the surgery until the day before christmas (our slowest day of the year) and spend the holidays MISERABLE. I also had to go back to work before I was recovered and was injured as a result. About a year after that I began experiencing very serious health issues and was forced to quit. The business went belly up but I'm healthy now and working somewhere I'm appreciated!

I never had this at work, but I did with a roommate. Living with her was horrid for basically the whole time I was there. We were part of a program that helped college students live on their "own" close to school and the admins really wanted me to stick it out, to be the bigger person, mainly because they were convinced she just didn't "understand" how she was making things difficult for me. We had numerous meetings, and ultimately I just got to a point where I was so DONE that I didn't want to try. They basically begged me not to leave but even though I did need some of the support they were giving me I couldn't live in that situation. The last couple months I essentially lived in my then-girlfriend's apartment instead, until I was able to get a place of my own.

I worked at a Dr office once for about 3 weeks. One of the medical assistants asked me to do something I wasn't certified to do and I said no of course, for obvious reasons. Was called into the office the next day and fired for "not being bubbly enough". They told me I did every thing fine, I jumped in and really got hands on and was proactive. But I wasn't bubbly enough. Honestly there was a lot wrong with how they were running the place, telling patients lies, over charging people, sneaking items into a patients treatment package they didn't agree to trying to increase the payout amount, backing the elderly into a corner and basically forcing them to accept treatment (making them think they didn't have any other options with how the office manager presented the situation) so I don't think I would have lasted long there for those reasons anyway. But I really do believe that they fired me for standing up for myself and they were just giving a bogus excuse because they didn't really have any reason to fire me in the first place. They didn't like that I was outspoken, honest or intelligent they wanted somebody who would roll over and just do what they were told with no morals. It's kind of sick that a medical office would be run such a way. I mean it's a Dr office they are supposed to be there to help you, not scam you. I loved the actual work, and the patients. But I would NEVER recommend this particular office to anybody for work or for service. I think a lot of us have had this kind of experience. "Veronicas" are everywhere and they exist to cater to themselves and they don't care who they have to throw under the bus to do it.

I've had to deal with a similar woman when I worked for a museum. She was an elderly woman, but was an absolute control freak who like to throw her status around as a way to get what she wants. This woman was so petty that she didn't like another woman who worked in the same office to get a desk that was bigger than her own. I couldn't stand working worth her and we had a standoff that was very similar to what you had with "Veronica," right down to her proclaiming "How dare you!" after I called her out on her BS in front of my manager. She's also the main reason why I quit that job. The work was tedious, but I really enjoyed my time roaming around the museum at lunch time. It was one of my favorite places to be. It sucks how it can take 1 asshat to ruin a good thing for people.

Aliases are fairly easy to come up with, in my case. There's a famous university in Rhode Island, Brown University, an Ivy Little-League college in Providence, great school, but it's not good to mention their name in the stuff I write. Therefore, I took the name of the most posh cemetery in the city (Swan Point) and now there's Swan Point University. I've taken quite a piss when I wrote a sports satire piece about when the Brown Bears beat the Swans after 23 years of losing to them.

I recently went through a similar thing, only it was the store manager at the supermarket I used to work at who was the bully. It got so bad that I would come home multiple days a week either crying my eyes out, in the midst of a panic attack, or my body would involuntarily shake at the thought of going to work. Because it was a union job, I tried to get them involved to solve the problem. Nothing worked, and despite numerous times of telling us that they (upper management) were resolving the issues, it all continued. The only reason I stayed so long was because I needed the money to be able to move. Finally my bf said: “just quit, we will figure it out. This isn’t good for your mental health” and I did. Best decision I ever made and will never go back to working for that supermarket chain again.

I used to work at a large insurance company where I would input new applications into the computer, among other things. I worked with two other ladies: "Debbie", who was a sweetheart, and "Cora" who was not. You see, "Cora" had been in that same entry-level position for close to twenty years. She never advanced, which probably had a lot to do with her work ethic (let's just say that she spent most of her day gossiping with other coworkers and reading magazines from the pile several feet high she kept on her desk). But Cora had set herself up as the queen bee of this department. That was fine by Debbie, but not so much with me. I was always pleasant to her, but I absolutely refused to let her bully me around. She *hated* this. Like Veronica, she'd go to our supervisor and make up stories. One of the worst involved when I would take the checks to accounting in the morning; the accounting department was right beside the company store, so *as Cora knew* I would take my 15 minute morning break at that time and often duck into the store to buy a soda or peanuts something. She *knew* that I was doing that, and she *knew* that I had every right to do it, but she *still* told our supervisor that I was taking too long coming back from delivering the checks. I defended myself and told the supervisor what I was doing, and his response was that I needed to just make sure I didn't drag my feet and brushed it under the table. Come annual review time, that incident meant that I didn't get nearly as high of a raise as I should have. I was thinking about going to school to become an underwriter, but after that decided that insurance wasn't the place for me. Especially working for a company that would let Cora bully people around (like Veronica, our supervisors knew exactly what kind of person Cora was) and still take her side just because she had seniority. I quit, and haven't looked back since. I was making great money and had great benefits, but money and benefits isn't everything. I've been working for the same company now for the 11 years since, and now make more money than I did at that insurance company.

LPT: Don't trust gates, and definitely not supervisors' instructions who don't usually go near said gates.
I had a wonderful experience during my first week of a new job. It was my first shift actually doing the job instead of just shadowing so I was still under supervision. The first thing in the morning the supervisor told me I had to go open the very big industrial gates, so I did just that and returned to the office. The supervisor then told me that I had opened one set the wrong way, and told me I must go out and open them the other way, which I was pretty sure was the wrong way. Again, I went out to these gates even though I knew I did it right *initially but* because it's my supervisor, it's my first week, and all that nonsense.. turns out I was right, the gate didn't want to open the wrong way so as I was opening it it nearly broke my arm. I of course let go of the damn gate that was trying to break my arm, unfortunately right after that the wind gusted resulting in the gate running me over from behind forcing me onto my hands and knees, my toes touched my shin. It didn't break my foot/ankle/leg, just gave me significant soft tissue damage, which I later found out was the worst possible outcome. I ended up with the "Suicide Syndrome", CRPS, and that awful old bitch of a supervisor tried to always make me walk everywhere.. Safe to say she made my life an absolute misery since now I'm permanently disabled and she compounded my injuries.

You were honestly so nice. If I had been treated like that I would have gone to World War 3 with her, recording all the things she says to me, compiling a full on notebook jotting down the dates and time. If she's going to take pictures and falsely accuse me of not doing my job properly, she was going to get hell from me. If I've tried my best to be professional and civil for some time and it's not working out, after a certain line is crossed that person would get it.

@8:40 - I hate how people will judge when they first see you. I understand that people come up with their perception of someone within the first three or so minutes of meeting someone for the first time. But you were still in that interview phase. And no matter where you apply, dressing up for an interview is part of the experience. On my first interview for vet tech, I dressed nice. It had no bearing on whether or not I could do the job. It just showed that I cleaned up nicely.

Wow! That was very rude of “Veronica”. I have a a kinda similar experience happening right now. I just got a snake (I meet you at the meet and greet at Herps Conroe the same day) And everyone says I can’t handle it, I am only 10. My snake is having trouble eating right now, (Advice please btw?) and my parents are blaming it on me. My parents love on him and say “we” “WE” Have the best snake, but when I mentioned him not doing well they both said “Oh well too bad, it’s not our fault if “YOUR” snake dies.” It’s aggravates me so much! Basically they think I can’t do it and blame everything on me.. :/

My first job was as a housekeeper at a hotel and my manager was a nasty lady who always went after me because the rest of the housekeepers were older than her and had been working there for years. She would inspect their rooms and notice things /they/ weren't doing right then yell at /me/ about how "we" weren't cleaning the tubs right or "we" weren't vacuuming the floors well enough (mind you, there were 6 of us and only one weak vacuum, but they never bought new ones in the year I was working there despite knowing this). I had a feeling this was what she was doing but it was confirmed one day when she came into my room and reamed me for 10 minutes about how I hadn't cleaned my tub well enough just to later come back and apologize saying, "Your tub looked fine, but I can't only correct them or they'll think i'm just targeting them." Excuse me what??
On top of that one of the housekeepers who had been working there for years was known to cut corners and halfass her rooms then leave early bragging about how quickly she got her work done, even the managers and owner would joke about how how lazy she was. Yet the rest of us were just expected to go into her rooms behind her and finish her work for her despite the fact we had a set time limit to finish our own rooms. They would literally kick me out in the middle of cleaning a room if I hit 40 hours and make the other women pick up my things for me. The last straw was when they worked me for 9 days straight even though it was supposed to be my turn to have the weekend off, then when I asked when I was going to get my days off the manager got an attitude with me and replied "If you don't want to work why don't you just quit?" So I did. Didn't show up the next day.

Sorry for rambling on in my comment below, it just really helped getting that off my chest!! I love your videos and they always make me smile in spite of the issues I face at work. #CreatureCrew 💖💖!!
I work in a target based sales environment, and there's this one co-worker of mine, who refuses to get along with me, makes my job 100 times harder by making me look incompetent in front of customers and has made me cry on more than one occasion. The reason this person refuses to get along with me? I once went to my manager, after they had been sniping sales off of me, after I had already interacted with a customer, or by giving me busybody work they were meant to be completing, in order to have all the customers to themself. And then, when my manager at the time asked them about this, they tried to flip it round on me, saying I was doing that to them too, which I wasn't. So ever since then, they're had it in for me and make my life at work hell, to the point where I don't even want to go in. Now, I will just say, I am a female and this person is a male, who I feel is incredibly sexist, as he does not treat his male co-workers in this way at all, yet with every female co-worker I've seen him interact with, he has treated them very badly and as if they're incompetent. So... Yeah, I'm dealing with that right now, and it's very difficult, as I know I'm a very intelligent individual, not to toot my own horn or anything, and to be bullied and talked down to in this manner is very disheartening. It makes me question my actions heavily, when I don't need to. I wish I had the safety of being able to quit, like you did, but I actually really enjoy what I do, but I also am currently living paycheck to paycheck. Hopefully one day I can move on from sales to do my dream job; Voice Acting, but until then, I have to work with a bully...

Totally been there. She was evil and turned everyone against me even tho I was the senior employee. Went on vacation and she spread rumors about me and when I came back I was not welcome. Shortly after that I had to take time off because my mom died and decided life was to short to deal with that and quit. After I left 3 days later she was fired.

You know, I think you make excellent videos, and you are kind and beautiful on camera, but I just can't get over knowing that off camera, you post (or posted) such ugly, cruel comments about other Pet UA-camrs. I don't care why you did it; I have mental health issues as well, and that doesn't excuse or forgive that level of cruelty. Maybe other people have forgiven you, but I can't forget that kind of bizarre, extreme level of meanness. It's sad, because your content is good, but in the end, the character of the person behind the creation matters more.

Thalia Korbin I totally understand that. I haven’t addressed this publicly yet because when I do it has to be genuine and in order for it to be genuine I have to understand a few things myself. I’ve been talking off camera to a few people involved and for the moment we are keeping discussions off the internet. I can’t say anymore right now but there is a lot more to that story than what is seen. It’s such a darkness in so many ways but I hope you’ll still be around to hear what I have to say on that chapter when I/we are ready. There’s still work to be done. I’m sorry for any disappointment, confusion and hurt. I carry it every day too and I’m working through understanding x

I got a job in a dirty, dusty, cold warehouse when i was 27, the 40 odd year old superviser hated me because i refused to style my hair, wear make up, get my nails done or wear ugg boots while at work like her and the other girls, i showed up in practical clothes, steel toe cap boots with my hair tied back and she tried to make my life hell. I ended up telling her that she was a small fish in a big pond and there's a bloody good reason I've been with my husband for 6 years (and have been for the last 10 years) and she's single, i was a better person looking like trash than her trying to look her best. I left a week later but telling her felt reeeaaallly good.

I feel you on the vile co-workers. I Housekeeped in a hospital for five years. My co-worker that came in on 2nd shift after me was horrid. And the shift supervisor was just as vile, I gave up 5 years at a job I fairly enjoyed (not my dream job but had it’s perks) because I was on the verge of killing myself. The 2 became so toxic I wasn’t sleeping through the night, having anxiety attacks on the job, and losing my hair. They accused me of not doing my job, mind you, there are cameras and logs,as well as, clinical staff that would become verbal if I wasn’t completing my task. The 2nd shift cunt Housekeeper would Doctor my log to make it look like I didn’t do something or my time wasn’t accounted for. I went to a Manager asking to be removed from the area that I didn’t feel comfortable with the Shift Supervisor, I got the run-around. “Give him time to find someone to replace me in that area” etc... After months I finally got tired of it and put in my 2 weeks and the whole issue got turned around and pinned on me. I wish I would have took another shift supervisor’s advice and went to Human Resources where it would have been documented but instead I thought the Manager I turned to was going to fix the issue. Unfortunately, I am going back after my 8 months break because I haven’t found a higher paying job, I’m scared and very anxious. I was hoping I would never have to return but I need to care for my cats and pay my bills.

When I was studying zoology there was another student who was just infuriating to work with.. my place of study had its own zoo so we'd work there once a week for the full day... She wouldn't do anything and would just play on her phone or take photos of the animals and leave everyone in our groups to do the work for her... She wouldn't get her self dirty and would outright refuse to change substrate because of excrement... The only thing she would do was hold the and hand feed the birds while we cleaned and we arranged and built up there enclosures... It always baffled me that she wouldn't do anything because everyone was there to learn to do zoo keeping and zoo management.
