Hi! I am impressed by your video and bought the heater. I manually switched on the main switch and press the touch ON button and 18°c button (both buttons light on). However, the heater do not start. Do you have this problem with this heater or is there any other button that you need to press and/or hold to start the heater? I suspect there is a child safety lock in this heater. Appreciate your advice. Thanks!

Hello dear and thank you for your appreciation. There is a child lock function but it can only be turned on from the app. When the child lock is active you can't change settings but you say that the button did turn on for the temperature so maybe child lock is off then. There is a possibility that your unit is faulty so try again after turning it off but if it still doesn't work I would recommend contacting the supplier/seller.
