Not sure anyone can help, I keep getting my brand registry rejected. Not sure exactly why, but I think it's an issue with USPTO and my brand name. My brand name is lower case letters, but on USPTO under "MARK" on the website my brand is in all caps, but in the email I received, my MARK is in lower case. Totally confused.

Should you FIRST get a GS1 barcode for the item you are trying to sell on Amazon before getting a Brand Registry? Sorry, I am new to this world. I have been an Amazon reseller for years but always sold off of other people's listings. Now I have sourced my first product and although I am still selling said product on another person's listing (Sniping) I want to continue selling this product next year the right way starting my own Brand and getting approval for the brand registry. Hey all, I’ve hit a brick wall with regards to Brand Registry Enrolment, I’m interested to know if anyone has seen this before? I’m based in UK and sell in Amazon US Marketplace…the trademark filing has an appointed US Attorney! And I used Trademark411.
Your Brand Registry enrollment application has been rejected.
Why did this happen?
Please note that the USPTO requires foreign domiciled applicants or registrants to be represented by a U.S. licensed attorney.

Hi Camron, for Brand Approval when sending pictures of my product, does the full Brand name need to be on it or can it just be a logo that I use for the Brand. Such as Pepsi uses just their logo and not their name sometimes. Great videos by the way.

Hi Camron, my brand name is ZHEM pending with USPTO. Do I need to permanently affixed ZHEM on the product? I have a logo design affixed on my product via USPTO but AMAZON rejected my brand registry bc is not matching ZHEM. Do I just need to ask my supplier to permanently affixed ZHEM on the product and re-apply? Maybe I will create a case for brand approval first and deal with brand registry later. Hello I am new to amazon I have been trying to get brand approval for weeks now. I have my brand name printed on the box itself and they are still giving me issues accepting my products. I cant sell my products under another seller because I searched for unique products that were not offered on amazon its very frustrating.I dont want to ditch the products that I bought so I really want the brand approval so I can sell them on amazon. I totally agree!! I noticed that too. I just subscribed to his channel but am going to unsubscribe due to this reason. I understand if he doesn't reply to everyone, but he doesn't reply to ANY questions -- only positive feedback. I am not sure if I am understanding this correctly. To get brand approval, I would need to get a sample product from my seller with my branding on the item itself or the packaging and send it to amazon to see if it will get approved or not?

Cameron I have been going through a class for about 6 months. They are telling me to get a trademark I can only find the trademark attorney that will charge around $1250. For a trademark. I haven’t watch all of your videos but this program is taking me so long and I feel like I am getting no where. I will watch the rest of the videos I just felt like where are you finding $250 for trademark and I am only finding $1250 just dumb. Thanks for any help in advance 😊

I'm curious, what happens if USPTO doesn't approve your trademark after Amazon has already granted Brand Approval? Furthermore, I was wondering if receiving Brand Approval automatically grants access to the Vine program, or if you must wait for USPTO approval and registration before participating. Thank Camron!

Hello I have registered to sell on amazon us from libya and I was approved.it took me few months to make my first listing .after I shipped the inventory to warehouse I find out my account is deactivated due to inactivity 😢 when I try to submit the bank statement and ID again, I can't find my country libya on the drop-down menu!!! ..I can't get past this point and I can't access the rest of the form where I can submit the documents. I have contacted seller central 10times asking them for a way i can submit my documents they keep saying update deposit method..I did chabge it and nothing had changed and my inventory got stranded and I'm about to loose all my money😢 any help will be much appreciated
