this will apply to any car, the only diffeence will be how you remove the battery

I have to change mine from 2014 - W212. Place faulty airbags with module calibration, plbraje pad sensors, spark plugs, brake cables and front cam leakage. Everything listed is exactly 2000 dollars or 3000 dollars at the dealership. A beautiful money pit, as expected. They'd probably charge 300 dollars minimum to replace the battery, plus tax on the 200 dollarcan hour labor. ;) Anything dealing with electricity or being under the weight of a 2 ton plus vehicle is a no go for me. There is DIY and injury. I'll buy an OEM Mercedes battery and have a licensed shop install it.
that's fine ... if u have the resources and money to pay for everything ..more power to you..but if u have ever watched anyone change a battery it's exactly the same way ... same principle what they do maybe abit different but u disconnect terminals and remove battery and install new battery and reconnect terminals... but I respect the fact that u can pay for all that ..good on ya

Someone dropped the battery in my car at when fitting it at the dealer when i bought it and cracked the battery and acid leaked down and under the car weeks later.i had to anti rust everything and clean off battery acid that sucked. So really try and lower it down very nicely it could be a real bad time if its dropped
omg this happened to my w203 it had rust all under battery ... and I never noticed ... terrible time I had trying to fix it ended up using a battery clamp to hold battery down cuz the tray was too far gone from rust
I am still waiting for the video of how to fixing esl issue without pulling entire steering column out.
hi mate did I say I was going to do that ? I don't remember. there are alot of other videos showing different ways to do this although I might just do a few shorts as a guide on how u can do it
I'm just very busy doing alot of other things but no I haven't sold the car and still plan on doing alot more

Should the battery be replaced while the engine is running, to prevent loss to all settings?
I personally wouldn't do thag ..but I've heard ppl do this ..but settings can be re done ...
