Buenas tardes compañero, quiero ponerle un regulador de este tipo a mi Hastan Factor, y a la ir a su tienda e iniciar la compra hay un apartado que pone "energía requerida con regulador" , teniendo en cuanta que yo estoy en España y la máxima potencia permitida son 24 Julios, no sé que potencia elegir, sé que se puede regular pero las indicaciones que me da Altaros no me aclaran nada, tú cual elegirías y porqué. Gracias, tengo una gran duda, ya que son bastante caros.

Hello, I'm glad you like the videos. Once the regulator is installed you will be able to limit the power to the rifle via the adjustment wheel on the rifle as this limits the flow to the barrel and this will work after the regulator is installed.
So if I put the altaros regulator, this regulator will not influence depending on whether the power selector is at 1,2 or 3. Because if the regulator is set to 140, for example, the same air will come out in position 1 as in position 3 or a different amount of air will come out, regardless of whether the regulator is set. thank you
@@josetraperomartinez9978 the output pressure from the regulator is the same for all settings, but if you limit the size of the hole (transferport) between the valve and the barrel, a different total amount of air passes through at the same pressure but different hole size.
So for each setting there will be a different total power/muzzle velocity.

hello, there is no need to lubricate the regulator in any way. It is enough to do the first installation and then it is maintenance-free, the only thing that will have to be changed after a few years is the seal, but that depends on many circumstances. One of them is how you write that after the season it is advisable to reduce the pressure. Personally, I would recommend leaving the pressure around 80 bar.
What is also appropriate is that after the end of shooting, it is advisable to finish so that the pressure in the airtube (tank) is the same or slightly lower than the set output pressure. It is certainly not advisable to pressurize the pressure to full after the end of shooting, this significantly reduces the service life of the seal not only in the regulator.

Hi I have purchased this regulator for my kral puncher hi cap and I'm struggling getting the valve off the bottle any tips
with some bottles, if they have been filled to high pressure for a long time and at the same time the valve was too pre-tensioned during assembly, this can happen. It is best to grip the bottle in a vise over sandpaper (smooth side on the bottle). This prevents the bottle from turning and then using a wrench or an adjustable wrench to release the valve.

It would be nice if they included a bolt to put in place of the original fill probe to seal that hole and avoid errors that will damage the regulator.

Hi, i have question about removing air tank with pressure still inside, when i am trying to unscrew the tank i can hear a leakage. It should stop at some moment but in my case it will degase all the air rifle... do you have that kind of problem ?
Hi I have this rifle - do you mean just unscrewing it off the rifle or unscrewing the brass cap? If it’s off the rifle it should just hiss slightly as you get to the end of the thread
If you’re trying to take the brass cap off without degassing first you’ll loose air yes
@@joeyyhc3883 i mean unscrew only the air tank. I have second air tank delivered with the air rifle and the second one , when i unscrew the botlle with presure inside from the air rifle, it hiss slightly like it suppouse to... so im thinking that the problem is with the air tank
@@format6393 so, you unscrew from the rifle, and it just continues to leak air?
Once it’s off try putting a decent sized hex key in the hole, probably 6-8mm and see if the little valve is stuck open. I use the hex to degas the bottles when I’m messing around with the reg, might just be seized up a bit
@@format6393 bare in Mind you’ll need to give it a bit of force if there is a lot of pressure in the tank to push it open - and get ready to jump when it releases lol

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking, but the regulator generally increases the number of consistent shots per air tank charge, which results in more accurate shots than without the regulator
