    I have so many questions ♡ i see your online lessons. Do you do virtual one on one lessons/appointments by chance? If not, do you know anyone as amazing as you in the USA who does? I already have specialist doctors but like you mention in so many of your videos. There is so much overlap that everyone points a finger to a different specialist, and it gets nowhere. I'm hoping to educate myself further and target what I can on my own, then go to each speciast systematically. Thank you for sharing such helpful information in a digestible way ♡

      Thank you for your feedback. I don't do telehealth and overseas due to medicolegal reasons. Wish you well in your journey.

    That makes since. Ive beem in a very abusive relationship with my kids dad and I suffer PTSD from it. My sleep has seriously suffered from it. It's taken a while for me to understand this. Not feeling at ease in those situations that Brin up old memories. I'm really looking forward to seeing how therapy can help me grow past my trauma. ❤

      Depends on the symptoms that the person has.
      It is the expression that gives us clues to the medications / non pharmacological treatments needed

    Sir, so norepinephrine caused wakefulness right, so if someone the stop the drug that increase the norepinephrine explain to me how it will stop the wakefulness and how it won't stop the wakefulness

      Stop which drug? It depends on the overall profile. Wakefulness in middle of night with or without nightmares or vivid dreams or with or without early morning wakening . The profiles are different

    Can olanzapine cause rem sleep behavior?

      Cause is not necessarily the right word. Can it be associated yes. If this happens it’s usually due to underlying medical conditions that may need to be ruled out. Ps not advice

      Please see your doctor to explain this. Please rule out mixed state and agitation. See the videos on mixed features and melancholic depression. They may help.l understand . The nature of depression is important to pick up. Wish you well

    What if you have add and ocd together

    • @PsychiatrySimplified
      @PsychiatrySimplified  5 місяців тому

      It’s common to have both together. Treatment should incorporate some additional nuances - it’s best to see a psychiatrist as there are many different approaches depending on the presentation
