For NGN I believe it's under highlighting, I was having an issue trying to figure out when it said, "What would require further investigation." I was sitting there thinking, what exactly is meant by that. I am taking my PN NCLEX at the end of June. So far studying with the new format is pretty easy with the new types of questions, however, this particular type and wording did cause a bit of confusion for me.
Can you guys do a video based on Priority types questions.. Who should the nurse see first etc..
Very helpful
Andress and holey ur welcom u are very important for our success

Shouldn't neurogenic shock cause tachycardia because the patient is hypotensive? How are they hypotensive and bradycardic?
Hypotensive from the massive vasodilation and bradycardic from the unopposed parasympathetic stimulation. The sympathetic nervous system (inc. heart rate) is disrupted so now the parasympathetic system doesn't have that to balance it out which is why there's bradycardia instead of tachycardia.
