If I had to take a PFT, I'd just need to work on Pull-Ups (I doubt I can do more than 10 currently -- usually my sets are 7s on those). 100 crunches in 2 minutes, easiest by far. Running, Sub-18 3-miler definitely a go (ran a 16:58 3-mile split in that 5K).
@@djsterf When I was in the Marines most people could max the crunches (now the plank which is still easy to max). Then a decent number of males (pretty much anyone that enjoyed lifting) could max the pullups. It was the run that no one wanted to train for and took the most effort to max. So that's why I assumed if you had a sub 18 minute 3 mile you could max the PFT. Either way, that is an insane run time and while you may have heard it before you should take pride in your cardiovascular endurance.

I was able to get Fnaf 2 10/20 4 times in a row. 3rd most in the world. Behind Brayden’s 5 and Shooter25’s 15. There are a lot of things to really minimize the rng. Will you try the minus 7 Strat? It is way harder than normal Fnaf 2 but with pretty much no rng with perfect play
