I wonder if there is any residues inside them that can be tested? It's so interesting to speculate what various artifacts are for. The brewery idea makes a lot of sense. Sometimes, I wish I could travel around in time just to see what people were doing. Someone mentioned a possible connection to Solomon's temple, and that seems intriguing as well. I hope to see more about this in the future.
Brewery sounds likely. The idea of them being for animal sacrifice doesn’t make sense to me, if you look at other sacrificial alters around the world they’re almost always flat, and that’s for very practical reasons. Being a farmer and having had to dispatch animals on occasion, I can assure you that the bowl would add an unnecessary level of difficulty to the task.
These basins were created and used by the pre-Israelites, who came from Canaan and were vinedressers and winemakers. The vats could have been used for obtaining and purifying salt or for making wine and beer.
Water Turbine, the all system needs these pumps to produce pressure and transform cosmic energy i eletricity. How?? We almost know, but no one can do it until desapearence!

Saw a super old Egyptian say those basins held water people laid in, and the ancient priests would listen to the sounds and diagnose ailments.
Ancient technology is beyond our imaginations, even we can't understand their artifacts and how they made it.
Those are some huge soup bowls NP! 😁
Remains of a soup kitchen to feed the destitute?

What if something had lined the basins?Like glass or something reflective.???
They look like molds for pouring liquid metal into gears.
