    About this video -
    Today I have shared the recipe of Famous Gujarati Snacks Batata Vada which is also known as Aloo Vada. This recipe is very easy and simple. We can make it for evening snacks or dinner. Must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
    Ingredients - (સામગ્રી)
    Serving - 2-3 person (૨-૩ વ્યક્તિને નાસ્તામાં સર્વ કરવા માટે)
    For Prepare the batter (ખીરું બનાવવા માટે)
    1 Cup Gram Flour/Chickpea Flour/Besan (ચણાનો લોટ)
    2 tsp Rice Flour (ચોખાનો લોટ)
    As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
    As required Water (પાણી)
    Pinch of Baking Soda (ખાવાનાં સોડા)
    1/2 tsp Hot Oil (ગરમ તેલ)
    For Prepare the stuffing (સ્ટફિંગ બનાવવા માટે)
    300 grams Boiled Peeled Potatoes (બાફેલા બટાકા)
    2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste (આદુ મરચાની પેસ્ટ)
    As per taste Salt (મીઠું)
    2 tbsp Chopped Coriander (સમારેલી કોથમીર)
    1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder (આમચૂર પાવડર)
    2 tsp or as per taste Sugar (ખાંડ)
    Pinch of Garam Masala (ગરમ મસાલો)
    2 tbsp Fresh Grated Coconut (ફ્રેશ કોપરાની છીણ)
    For Tempering (વઘાર માટે)
    1 tbsp Oil (તેલ)
    1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds (રાઈ)
    1/4 tsp Asafoetida (હીંગ)
    4-5 Chopped Curry Leaves (સમારેલા મીઠા લીમડાનાં પાન)
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
    1 tsp Sesame Seeds (સફેદ તલ)
    As required Oil (For Deep fry the vada) (તળવા માટે તેલ)
    Serve it with Chutney/Tomato Sauce/Fried Green Chillies (સર્વ કરવા માટે ચટણી/ટામેટાનો સોસ/તળેલા લીલા મરચાં)

Kadach evu laage k stuffing naram thai gayu che to ema binding mate thoda Paladela Pauva umerva. Aam karso to batakavada raate banaya hase ane bija divse savare nasta ma khaso to pan pocha nahi pade.

    બાફેલા બટાકા નો મસાલો ચીકણો નાં થાય તે માટે શું કરવું અને આ મસાલો કુદરતી વાતાવરણ માં કેટલો સમય સુધી ખાવા યોગ્ય રહી શકે છે તે જણાવશો..આભાર

      બાફેલા બટાકા ઠંડા પડે ત્યારબાદ જ મસાલો બનાવવો જેથી તે જલદી ચીકણો ન પડે. ઉનાળાનો સમય છે એટલે સાંજે બનાવો તો સાંજે જ ઉપયોગમાં લેવો વધુ સારું, ફ્રીજમાં સ્ટોર કરવાની સગવડ હોય તો એક દિવસ સુધી કરી શકો છો, બહાર ૪-૫ કલાક સારો રહેશે.

      Tamari vaat sachi che, pan ame tarelu tel bane etlu ochu use kariye chie. Cholesterol high thaay ena karta jetli jarur hoy etla tel ma j farsan banavie e vadhare saru, vada kacha na rahe ej vastu agatya ni che. Thanks for watching
