I believe every word you have said, you dad (uncle Herny) was a very good friend to my ex-me and our 2 beautiful children. It’s very sad, what happens to our dearest children when we are gone. Sending you lots of hugs and love.
Im so sorry village people are so greedy tbh ! its always about the money litearly my cousin stopped talking to us over a bs situation yet my mom took her in and pretty much raised her when my mom sister was going throuh a divorced my mom is so genuine and nice ! i so sorry thats messed up dont worry God will give you what is owed to you
If your dad left the house for you in Uganda, you need to get the land deed and go through the legal process. My mom passed in 2020; she had many homes in Uganda, Rwanda and Kenya My aunty sends (my siblings and I) money for them monthly, but I'm in the process of getting my national ID and legally taking ownership of the homes. You need to go to Uganda and sort it; you cannot claim anything from the UK.
@@abigailmukasa5257 it depends... I'm a Chotara (mixed race) my mum is the one with part Ugandan heritage, so it's not as straightforward for us, but my family has connections. As her father is a Muganda, she should be able to get a national ID/passport quite easily, but she needs to travel to Uganda and complete the process with proof of the death certificate, land title etc.
@abigailmukasa5257 my mother passed away a few years ago although she’s mixed race (chotara) Swahili (muarab), Tutsi etc. she was still able to get a national ID. I come from a well known/notable family in Uganda so I know I’ll be able to get one through that. Although I do know the process for most chotaras is unfair because of the system/Tribalism.
I’m glad you feel comfortable opening up to us like that we will continue to listen and support you!
Awwwe thank you so much ❤️

Honestly it’s a shame that this is even normalised but God’s got us!

I’ve spoken about this with some people but it’s a long process and honestly can’t be asked especially when it comes to that family.
@@talkswithhelena Well if it’s lawfully yours you should fight for it
