Yes it is! Have skillzerk's mod below it. The only problem with Gunrunners is that npc's don't use the weapons when in their inventory and even if you have the Companion Infinite Ammo mod, they still use the ammo. You can also use More Heavy Weapons mods and More unique Weapons Mod with Gunrunner & Skillzerks. That's allot of weapons!
The reasons why you place Skillzerks mod below it is all the guns get damage capped with gunners mod, ammo takes longer to appear in containers like grenade shells for grenade launcher ect. and weapons take longer to appear like combat sniper shotgun, gas-ram sniper ect. Use advanced Upgrades mod which gives 9 stars in gun nut and science, when you fully upgrade your Mac 10 it will be doing 330 damage and combat sniper shotgun 880 damage. That's if you have mods that make your game harder in hardcore.
I don't know why, i'm not a modder? But of coarse there's a solution to it. Maybe we have to give him a heads up, so he get it to work. Skillzerk got it to work (RIP).

My mods won't Download for fallout 4 says queued.. Actually annoying just wanted to check them out.. Has Sony banned them because am confused.. Why a mod menu if they don't download

Do the HINTS OF IMMERSION MOD. To it adds new weapons,armor,and perks(in game assets but changed. A LOT of COURSE

PPK'S are 22, .380, and 9mm. There's a big difference between .380 and 38 special 😅
