That depends on the material if its dirty (smal rocks dirt etc...) I will change them daily,, but if the material is nice and clean i can go a whole week (Monday to Friday) before changing.... 😊

We are using a göckel grinding machine with water cooling of course.. every knife has 2 Angels i cant remember what they are however 😂
