    It was nice explanation , thanks .I would request to cover one video on dynamic harmonic fatigue analysis of a piping system subjected to harmonic fatigue loading .This piping system is connected with reciprocating compressor

      @@graspengineering9249 sir
      I have a heavy steel structure like a frame, there is a 3 motor of 15HP, 1750 RPM, 117kg weight, 3 motor at different position..
      My structure natural fist mode is frequency is 9 Hz
      My question is that how apply our motors load and check for resonance..
      Kindly explain or any your videos….

    Hello, it was a nice explanation. Thank you for the time and effort. Is it possible to make a 3D model and check the bending state? All I am finding are using bending in beam tools.
    Best Regards,
    Ahmad

    How is it possible for both the fatigue damage and the fatigue safety factor to both be less than 1 at the same location for the same design life?

    Hi, nice video. In theory you usually use Marin factors (correction for endurance). How can this concept be applied to this analysis? In case of vibration fatigue the procedure you explained is the same?, What is the difference in using n-code to fatigue ansys mechanical option?, Thanks a lot, best regards.

      Thanks. Mechanical fatigue analysis is simplest fatigue analysis tool which does calculation based on static analysis results. Marine condition factor is effects of surface conditions. This tools gives provision for fatigue strength reduction factor, (You can define here surface condition). We will upload soon vibration fatigue analysis video too and if possible ncode too.

    Why we not consider maximum principal stress for faituge analysis?

    • @graspengineering9249
      @graspengineering9249  2 роки тому +1

      Generally if it is brittle material then we use maximum principal stress. For ductile we use von mises stress.
