I used to give tech support for D-Link devices in APAC region where we used to give support for Power Line devices too, there are few things which have to be taken care before proceeding to buy these kits :-
1. You electrical wiring should be in a single phase, it does not work in houses with double phase. Desi bhasha me bola jaye to bijli ka meter ek hi hona chahiye.
2. Its better to pair devices in same room first and then take it to another room. Once devices are paired they don't disconnect, so once paired in same room, plug out second unit and plug it in a different room and it should be ready to go once connected.
3. Home light, (powerline indicator) should turn green, amber and red depending on the distance from the main unit. Green - Good || Amber - Fair || Red - Poor
4. You can extend power line units but for that there is no need to buy a pair, these should be available in single units too for extension purposes as you don't have to connect one more transmitter unit in order to further extend the powerline connectivity.

The difference in speed is because of wifi channel signal overlapping it has nothing to do with copper wires. You can change the channels in admin panel of router and make it different from other and problem may solve.
Note - Check multiple channels and check and test speed as cross jammed has variations too.

I undersatand that both of the instruments should be in the same circuits/loop you will see that some house has multiple circuits like bedroom hall etc which will have seperate mcb. This will not work properly if you use different circuits

Trust me it isn't suitable for Indian structure of electricity. It won't work for most households. TP Link wholesaler in Ahmedabad himself told me this in person.
Majority of the people who have bought this come with complaints to him.
Because the direction of an electric current is by convention the direction in which a positive charge would move. Thus, the current in the external circuit is directed away from the positive terminal and toward the negative terminal of the battery. Electrons would actually move through the wires in the opposite direction. That’s why you’re getting higher MPBS.
I think maybe its because the frequencies of both the wifi are same so pack loss might get increased. When close due to collisions.

If a weaker antenna is closer to a stronger antenna and working on the same channel then interference from the stronger antenna affects the weaker more than the weaker affects the stronger

Most probably, either two or all the three wifi devices are using same wifi channel for some reason, which results in collision. That's why speed is reduced.

1st time watching this type of router. How it works how is this possible? Live wire se kaise signal transmit karraha hai? Neutral or ground wire se karta to bhi kuch samajh aanta.

I guess its due to interference of 2.4 GHz bands, since both the routers are placed closely so there will be more interference as compared to the case when they have good distance
