FreshRSS already have some tools to do that through CSS selectors. Go to the settings of the feed down bellow on Advanced. You can also parse html for sites that do not have rss feeds.
but his solution works with newsboat and android rss readers, too

For me it's too much hassle with serwer. Currently I generate html by rdrview and open it with w3m.
wait until u do that for 10+ years =) ;; u can run it locally, dont require a server

Hmm, this seems strange. The tool is proprietary and costs money. So is the docker file shipping a pirated binary?
hosting yourself is free else paid if u use their servers, believe the old version is open source, never version might not be
