@@giacomocasanova2893 I mean he's no Tomoa but he's still pretty dynamic in the old school crowd. The true difference is he used to mostly (if not only) compete in lead climbing as well as focused on outdoors for both routes and boulders, which naturally is not like indoor bouldering with frequent coordination / dyno moves. Many lead climber have become more cross-disciplined these days. Magnus never had a need to be crazy dynamic the way modern boulders are set, but he was always dynamic as a climber and still among the best in the pro scene. Not like top 10 competing for podium levels, but there are people who trained full time and semi pro that aren't even close to Magnus level. I'm not as deep into the pure climbing content but I think Mellow and Stefano Ghisolfi have some good stuff.
Also If you are actually starting to climb like I have done, Rockentry and Lattice Climbing have some good stuff for learning
As a climber an a Ludwig viewer this is certified content right here.
Facts I never expected this
I just got into climbing a few weeks ago and it's so fun. Would totally recommend everyone to give it a try
Facts, been climbing for 7 years and never expected to see Magnus in a clown costume 💀
Ludwig telling Magnus to drive up through the legs and Magnus proceeding to use no legs at all is peak.
Bro this is why Ludwig is great. He literally has so many interests and then the people from those interests come to him.
To be fair, its pretty easy to pursue any interests when you can afford everything and make content on it. Mans takes his work, to his hobbies, 9-5 workers can't do that.
Also Ludwig did reach out to Magnus in the first place.. so Lud went to Magnus haha
@@x1xK3NNYx1x what I meant was that lud is getting the exposure from each person! Not that the big people come to him! Brother Lud is all about that grind!
Bro hahah wtfyou mean, Ludwig contacted Magnus xD
@@vindieselsk Read the reply I posted :)
Stanz's climbing form looked absolutely stunning.
Holy shit. Watching Magnus absolutely crush almost every challenge you had was incredible.
Yea man Magus is fucking awesome
1:30
Ludwig: the biggest thing is driving the legs
Magnus: ok...right
Proceeds to not use his legs at all!
Magnus chalking up his oven mitts is so on brand 😂
i like how not matter the situation lud always looks like a guy who can get on with anyone, make them smile and not feel cocky or loud. like he just vibes with everyone
His reaction when Ludwig asked their odds was so fucking funny like he was just genuinely confused by the question
I came from Magnus's channel and I wanna say Ludwig is pretty hilarious, I gotta give credit where it's due, and the way be produced his side of the collabe to fairly even was smart. I think Ludwig is never trying to miss a beat where Magnus just flows in a natural state, it's interesting to see different youtube personalities collabe. Personally I really hope they (The boys) spend a few months training together and come back for another climbing collabe.
Lead climbing in Norway next time!
Magnus skipping a whole section and swinging on 1 hand was the most impressive thing I've ever seen on bros vs pros
The best part of this is how encouraging they are of each other. They josh a bit but they are super encouraging.
I went from so mad to so happy. This is the collaboration I didn't know I needed.
When you watch videos on Magnus own channel you understand that he is strong, but when you see him in comparison to average people he really looks like an absolute unit
This was a crossover I didn't expect. I've never done any rock climbing but love Magnus' videos. Gooood stuff.
The fact that he is able to climb that easily even with only one arm is impressive😨
and then one arm one leg... insane
Can we take a moment to appreciate the IMMACULATE strides Stanz had?? truly exemplary stuff
Hey just wanted to say thanks for collabing with people "outside" the main bubble of streamers/content creators. Ive been binging Magnus' videos since this one and its cool to explore outside my bubble but sometimes its hard to leave the algorithm bubble lol
INSANE COLLAB I LOVE MAGNUS after watching both of you for years, never expected this collab in a billion years. Worlds are colliding
Magnus the whole time cheering everyone on, giving them advice. The guy just wants more people to get into climbing, lol. Respect.
I love that Magnus is holding a chalk bag the first shot we see him in. Never change Magnus.
Magnus’s upside down one was insane.
The crossover I didn’t know I needed up until now holy cow this is epic
This is not epic we must gatekeep this sport i despise everyone who hasnt been doing this for at least a year
Dude, Stanz did awesome. Never knew he could climb like that.
Such an awesome collab. Two completely different worlds in my life colliding randomly. So cool.
Atrioc was so sure Magnus couldn't just skip holds, he looked so innocent there at 6:58
Now THIS is the collab I'd never expect. Magnus is so wholesome while still being a beast.
7:09 the look of disbelief on their faces LMAO
I don't think people realized what happened, at least not fully. He lounges himself, grabs one hold with one hand and he's strong enough to hold himself steady on the wall, with all the momentum he had, and stabilized - with one hand. it sounds obvious but Magnus is freakishly strong.
@@andreicmello Dynamic moves like this are his absolute hallmark also. Very few climbers in the world can hold this kind of momentum with only one hand.
@@flusck This is not true. Magnus is a pretty old school competitor who never climbed dynamically in his youth. It‘s crazy how well he adapted but compared to some kids these days he‘s not that good at dynamic stuff. considering his disadvantages he‘s freakishly good though.
Magnus, if he wanted to compete, can probably get to semi-finals even today which many "pro" climbers never got to. Gotta have some perspectives. Look up IFSC qualification rounds and semi-finalists (top 20) and tell me in honest that you think they are all stronger, more dynamic than Magnus?
Always wanted to see Magnus doing more varied and silly challenges
“next time is lead climbing”
Said to a world class lead climber and recreational boulderer 😂
Absolutely love the video, rewatched so many times already!
shirtless Ludwig looks like the man who evolved to survive car crashes
Which is ironic because he's the MOST likely to die if something hits him in the chest.
My God, two of my worlds have met and my mind exploded. Been following both Magnus and Ludwig for a while and I love this video in so many ways
Magnus is a MONSTER of a climber. Been following him for a while and he actually hasn't showed up in my feed for a while.. Thanks for bringing him back!
Didn't expect such a crossover between Magnus and Lud's audiences, but this is great to see
Stanz' climbing actually looks really impressive in this video. Props
Wow! Stanz's form look really good 💪😎
Magnus is truly the most wholesome dude. He embodies the epitome of what a climber should be!
not even climber, what any human should be like
You could see his passion watching them and encouraging them.
the crossover i wouldve never expected to happen in my life i can die happily now😌😌
I love how he is cheering and helping the boys. He is such a good sport and gets excited when they succeed. That's a cool person.
