Excellent lecture sir, but I just crossed check the values u selected 8 lamps and you said each lamps will take 100w so that equations answer will be around 11kw, your answer came 3.2kw because you just picked 100w power for all 8 lamps. May be it's wrong please do cross check once, because new comers will be confused if they will also do equations with you. Thanks again to give us precious knowledge regarding our field.🙂
Awesome explanation. I have only one doubt You have consider in product load Temp in as 30 degree celcious In our outside temp.is 40 degree Celsius.(In practical fruits can bring in AC trucks up to store room). GOD bless you.✍🏻🇦🇪🇮🇱
Why did you not use 800 for the two fans in the second example for their combined wattages like you used 400wattages for the two fans in the first example

Superb Tutorial on Cold Storage Design
Explanation was really good👍
Very knowledgeable thank you! Please do some more videos its very helpful!
Excellent Information about cold storage.👍
Good explain.. Thanks🙏
Thank my friend for the lecture
What will be the compressor size for this application???
Nice video. Completely understand. Thanks sir.
Thanks...
Sir can you please explain how to select compressor and other refrigeration components
Great Work. Nice Video
good work
Can u explain how to decide type of compressor, condensor etc required
you really explained it
Thanks

8 lamps * 100watts = 800watts * 4 hrs = 32000watts = 3.2 kw/hrs
Heat load calculation for Cold storage
u r great

Total load calculated is for per hour so we have to calculate the load according to the pull down time right?
if i need calculate the total capacity of the cold storage what will be change when calculate the total product that can storage in the room ?

Hi, we have to calculate the heat load for shelter in extremely cold conditions can you help on this?
Yes, i can

How to calculate air flow capacity of fan and defrost Wattage required
Air flow capacity in CFM = HP x 6356 (K Factor) x 80% (Motor Efficiancy) / Motor Static Pressure.

Time x wattage gives Kwh and Not Kw/hr
W=J/s. , kW = kJ/s, What is kW/hr?
Calculation errors!
Entire load has been calculated in Kw/hr then converted into ton of refrigeration.
Wrongly calculated .. he added mechnical and electrical kw together
1 TR = 3.5 Kw energy expressed by Evaporator Unit, just like 12000 btu/hr = 3.5 kw
