I’ve lived in Australia for 15 years and I can guarantee the alligators are NOT everywhere however the birds are 100% real and are scary as hell but don’t let that turn you off it. It’s beautiful here anyway I love you guys and I wish you all the happiness in the world

If you come to Australia: Snakes - They live in the bush and are rarely seen elsewhere. Spiders - You’ll get the occasional small spider around, but coming across a big one is very uncommon. Alligators - They live in swamps. I’ve never seen one in my life. Sharks - You are more likely to get struck by lightening than be attacked by a shark. Magpies - These are the birds that Holly was talking about. Swooping season is 1 month of the year which is September. They swoop you to protect their babies. Holly I think you should reconsider.
We actually don't have alligators - (except in zoos) We have crocodiles which are even worse and more deadly than alligators which are mainly in America. Crocodiles are particularly bad around the north of Australia and are mainly in creeks and rivers - so you just don't go swimming or near the waters edge. Crocodile attacks are not very common but they do happen if you swim in the wrong places. You just don't go near them and you will be perfectly fine. 😁
