But you have to realize that the dancing high contestants are merely just everyday teenage koreans with the exception of Jisung and Joohyun.
Well, some of the contestants have their own dance crew already and I believe most of them got a decent dance training/lessons already considering that when one performer mentioned that he did not get any proper dance lessons ever, they were all shocked (implying that he cannot be THAT good without having dance lessons). Bottomline, I'm not buying the "everyday teenage koreans" argument. Mind you, most of these contestants joined many dance contest already.
I just wanted to add on but these teenagers devote themselves to dance and to their craft and work hard everyday whether its through workshops or sessions. They train individually to improve in whatever style they dance to whether it's urban dancing, wacking, voguing, breakdancing, popping, etc. These teenagers are dancers with a strong passion and raw talent.

In case you guys forgot the majority of these contestants on dancing high aren’t idols who trained for this kind of stuff. Their Korean teens who do this as a passion so quit comparing them to pd48, and appreciate these teens talent bc these teenagers on this show have a good amount of talent!
this is still a poor choreographed perf even if produce48 never existed. i watch a lot of dance crews (not just korea but all) and this is not how a dance crew would make their perf look like
To me, Pd48 choreo is better than this as there were highlighted parts that makes it 'not boring'. And people have a high expectation from these girls as they are dancer but they didn't do any special move that prove they're a good dancer. There are a lot of idols who can do this 'dance crew style' i guess

maybe because these are dancers and produce48 are idols? Dancers are good at dancing, Idols have to be good at more things at once so i don't expect them to be like a professional dancer but there are some that are as good or even better but t's rare :))
This one felt a bit more harmonious and wholesome whereas the pd48 performance seem a bit more focused on each girl showing their own style and color individually.

In my opinion, it was stupid to dance in a group like this. Like it would be ok if it was 2-4 but 6? They arent an idol group, because of them doing this its hard to focus on them individually and they couldn't shine on their own and show their style. Shouldve put more thought on this, welp they wasted the chance
Jerimae Ty they got in as a team so they displayed their team spirit. Later the judges asked if anyone prepares an individual number then those who wanted to showcase their dance got a chance to show their individual dance. That’s how it works in this programme

Lmao none of them really caught my eye and sure they can show individual dances after but still it really isn't smart to go bff audition on the first round where if you aren't good enough in the eye of the judge you get eliminated

They are too focus on sexy concept that they didn't put enought power in it.. i performed this song before and it can be a hyped sexy song yet they toned it down and it looks dull.. i was excited when i heard the song but the choreo dissapoint me

maybe because these are dancers and produce48 are idols? Dancers are good at dancing, Idols have to be good at more things at once so i don't expect them to be like a professional dancer but there are some that are as good or even better but t's rare :))
