I was raised in a home where alcohol and cigarettes were not allowed. My Dad just couldn't understand addictions at all. When he saw someone smoking, he would ssy" He might as well get dollar bills and roll them up and smoke them because all he's doing is burning up his money."
@@nancysmith6685 Both parents smoked, and my dad drank some beer before I started school, but I knew kids that weren't allowed to bring any friends home because of a parent that was alcoholic. I went into the Army at 20. and was surrounded by people that needed help. Some drank their entire month's pay in just a few weeks and some bases had beer vending machines in the Mes Halls. This was when the Military started cracking down on the problem. but id didn't help that beer was cheaper than soda at the base commissary. I had to buy money orders to send my pay home, so that I had nothing to 'loan' them.
Today as I was looking into the mirror. I was the aging of my face my eyes lids dropped and my neck skin wrinkled. I’m 65 years old lost my health a few years back. I realized today that I just done. Just waiting until Jesus calls my name. 9-10-2024. God I’m blessed ❤. Thank you Jesus.
We would love to hear T Graham Brown sing again the song he sang on the last Hee Haw Reunion, "If You Could only see Me Now." This is one of his best performances. T Graham sure deserves his induction in the Grand Ole Opry.
Amazing I love T Graham Brown great artist
Thank you for sharing this tonight I needed to hear this tonight.
Excellent!
I'm in my 70s, and I'm thankful that I never started drinking. I saw what it did to too many people, as a child to ever want to start.
