We are visiting Arcul de Triumf in Bucharest Romania! (not ... Budapest as we rushed to narrate at some point!)

Location and Accessibility
Situated on Kiseleff Road in Bucharest's northern district, the arch is easily accessible by public transport (buses 79, 301, 331) or a scenic walk through Herăstrău Park. The closest metro station, Aviatorilor is about 700 meters away.
What to See Inside
Once inside, visitors can explore the arch's interior, which often hosts exhibitions and displays highlighting Romania's history and culture.
Tickets and Times To Visit
Entry to the Arch of Triumph was free when we visited. Now, the opening hours change regularly. When we shot the video, it was scheduled to be open only on weekends, from June until the end of October.

From the summit of the Arch of Triumph, visitors can enjoy panoramic vistas of Bucharest, taking in iconic sights such as the Palace of the Parliament, Herastrau Park, and the vibrant cityscape below.
History of the Arch of Triumph in Bucharest
Constructed between 1921 and 1922, the Arch of Triumph in Bucharest was built to commemorate Romania's victory in World War I and to honor the bravery of its soldiers. This architectural marvel is designed by architect Petre Antonescu.
Technical Details
The dimensions of Bucharest's Arch of Triumph set it apart from its Parisian counterpart, being notably smaller yet no less impressive. Standing at 27 meters tall and spanning 26 meters in width, with an inner arch height of 16 meters, this architectural gem offers a scaled-down but still majestic experience.
As you already saw, access to the terrace atop the monument is gained through the interior of its legs, reached by navigating 328 steps. Inside, the Arc de Triomphe is organised into levels, with staircases punctuated by platforms for resting.
The total height is 27 meters and the width spans in 26 meters.
