love these road trips joe with you and antony! seemed like a cool little record store with some decent beatles records and elvis vinyl to! good times for all! rob
Hell ya!!! I love seeing the foody clips....looks like a pretty cool place. Good good stuff you picked up, thanks for taking us w you guys, be well Joe--- Lis
I don't comment often, but your vinyl vlogs are the best out there. Love the characters at the record store and enjoy your diner stops and road trips with Antny. He seems like a fine guy.
Hi joe, cool road trip pickups! being a big elvis fan i loved the rockin' elvis double album and you can't go wrong with Tarantino soundtracks, my favourite is the True romance soundtrack(also my fave film)Take care. Ricky.
Now that shop is the definition of a hole in the wall! For a shop that judging by what you showed, seemed to deal in mostly reissues you both walked out of there with some nice scores. I will say that they fed Antny a bit of a line by saying they had a *huge Beatles collection* as the rarest thing I could spy was that RDR 45 box set. I guess the phrase *huge* is subjective. Thanks for allowing us to tag along Joe!
jldraw - Mostly reissues there for sure. But there was another area with used records, and surprisingly many in shrink, for only $3 .There was no "huge Beatles collection" here.
jldraw The place was funny small store in front but you are welcome to go into there big warehouse and it was loaded with cds from the floor to the ceiling. Then he started vinyl sales.
Yeah his store was great. His father own a palace in lake Ronk.back in the 70s.He is he guy I sold all my albums to all 1700. When he was there in Shirley warehouse he was cheap. But he closed down last year and moved to Patchogue NY.Dealing in Vinyl mostly. I have bought alot Cds from him.
Wow such good finds! Gotta love the kill bill and pat benatar albums! That's a great deal for that sealed benatar album. Now I'm not the hugest Elvis fan but I saw you were looking at a music on vinyl pressing of his. They do a great job of pressings. Music on vinyl while pricey always sound amazing. Great video once again.
Wow Joe! You're eating a healthier meal than Antny. Great move Joe! That's an interesting record store you went to. The Paris 1965 record looks interesting. The Import CDs look nice. I like the "Turn Me On Deadman" CDs. Wish I was hanging out with you and Antny! Take care Joe!
Exactly what I used to do most of my life back in New Zealand, ...straight to the Beatles records. Sadly record shops are few & far between where I live in Denmark now.
Joe, there is a record store in Richmond, Va. named "Memory Lane Records". They are in a large complex of buildings just like the place in this video. If you ever come to Richmond, check it out!! I used to go in there all the time. I believe the guy who works there is Charles. (I haven't been in there in a long time due to my illness last year.) Have fun!!
I think that was just a 180grammer anyhow. There are actually a couple of reissues of "Pet Sounds" on the market now because aside from the fact that they haven't deleted the 2012 reissue, Capitol also issued the stereo mix of the album on vinyl for the first time last year for the 50th anniversary. For some reason they also put out another pressing of the mono mix as well which I believe is identical to the 2012 version. I could be wrong on that though.
They've been pretty good with their fiftieth anniversary reissues though. They've given us through itunes, a total of six complete concerts over the past three years (Sacramento '64, Chicago '65 and Michigan '66).
Hey Joe, I thought that was a very interesting place. While I'm not much into CD's anymore, their selection was terrific and cheap! I thought Antny would have picked up more. I think that's the first copy of the Run Devil Run singles box I've ever seen. It must have been expensive as it didn't go home with you. Take care...
Tim Allen - They were half-priced CDs, which meant they were like 6 or 7 bucks each. I almost bought a bunch, but I have much of the material elsewhere and, like you, I'm not much into CDs these days. The Run Devil Run box is something I want, but it was too pricey.
You need to drive to Allentown Pennsylvania. We have a amazing record store. Its called Double Decker Records! You definitely won't be disappointed.. Take care guys and drive safe!👍✌☺☺☺☺☺Tell the owner Jammie,Alan told you about Double Decker Records.
My Mum is a big Beatles fan too. She wants Flaming Pie on vinyl, but £100 is too much to justify on one album. I've told her to hold on as it may get re-released. I'm really impressed with the new Flowers In The Dirt.
Anthony Edwards - Not as often as I'd like. It's not usually hard to part with stuff because I usually have doubles, or it's a record I just don't feel I want.
Ya walked right past Stones, Blue and Lonesome, it's a really great Stones album, Joe.....can't always be Beatles only, you need to expand sheeesh......🍁
Leif Erickson.... first of all, yes it can be only Beatles if I so choose. Secondly, no I don't only have Beatles music in my collection; even in this video here, you can plainly see that I bought other stuff. I like the Rolling Stones and I have much of their music, but I really couldn't care less about the album you mentioned. A good rule of thumb is, you do your thing your way and I'll do mine. Sheesh.
I guess you guys didn't go into the warehouse....lol... to bad you would of shit....with all the Cds and albums...you guys need to speak up and ask questions...you blew it was a Treasure Chest.
When his father owned the place it was great all cds $9.00 and he always had rare stuff at the front counter.Stuff I never saw again. But the son changed everything completely .He owned the record stop in Lake Ronk.i bought albums from him in 1978 .He does alot of on line stuff...He bought all my old albums . Now he's in Patchogue..ny across from the Emporium .But everything is a little expensive for me...lol
My favorite records Surfin' Safari, and Surfer Girl
Looks like a cool new store. Some new releases on the wall too. Anthony seemed to like his boot cd! Anthony's breakfast looked great too!
Astrosjer - It was essentially a boot of the BBC Recordings, which I'd advised him to buy once before when he spotted the actual Apple release.
love these road trips joe with you and antony! seemed like a cool little record store with some decent beatles records and elvis vinyl to! good times for all! rob
Another fun record store visit. Great Beatles pickups! Thanks for sharing!
There is something therapeutic about flicking through records.
Those Beatles CDs looked so cool.
Love these videos with Antny Joe. Really make me smile!!
Tim shearn If I had a son i"d name him "Antny-Joe".
Yeah, Ant'ny is cool!!
Cool video Joe, thanks for sharing your record store digging session with your friend Antny. Keep bringing these videos!
What would a record score be without breakfast with "Antny" ? Love these videos !
Hell ya!!! I love seeing the foody clips....looks like a pretty cool place. Good good stuff you picked up, thanks for taking us w you guys, be well Joe--- Lis
My favorite HUEY LEWIS song in the background. AWESOME JOE!!
another great road trip. all good road trips start with food!
the comb line cracked me up!
I don't comment often, but your vinyl vlogs are the best out there. Love the characters at the record store and enjoy your diner stops and road trips with Antny. He seems like a fine guy.
Robert Nunez - Antny is a good guy. Thanks for checking in!
Hi joe, cool road trip pickups! being a big elvis fan i loved the rockin' elvis double album and you can't go wrong with Tarantino soundtracks, my favourite is the True romance soundtrack(also my fave film)Take care. Ricky.
Nice trip Great record store. Good vibe between you and Anthony.
thanks joe for going through the elvis section for us elvis fans.
That was some funny stuff at the end ! With get Bent !

I wonder what Primus they had.
The one in lake ronkonkoma was fantastic
I'm here in Western North Carolina and only one record store celebrating RSD. They only got one copy...so I snagged it. At least I got one.
Not a bad pickup ! Albums at 2.99 in shrink not bad! Lots of Beatles Joe!
Damn, that was a good looking Tuna Sandwich.
Nice trip and like your trips with Anthony my brother in Kentucky is called Antony too lol great finds joe
Joe Morgan I love the name "Antny". Cracks me up.
Wow such good finds! Gotta love the kill bill and pat benatar albums! That's a great deal for that sealed benatar album. Jimmy M - Never saw many of those Elvis albums before.
Wow, cool records you pick up, love the Elvis record, I'm a huge Elvis fan 👍🏼👍🏼
I like your see food bit . glad you didn't have to deal with Charlie the tuna
No record stores have those beatles cds near me. Fuckin a i wanna hear wacky lost tracks. Love that kill bill cover. Soundtrack is good too.
Beatlevinyl85 - Trying to eat better, Marv. Wish you moved closer to us!
Exactly what I used to do most of my life back in New Zealand, ...straight to the Beatles records. Sadly record shops are few & far between where I live in Denmark now.
You got some good stuff.
I know this is old..but what shop is this..I like the mini lp cds they have of the Beatles
It's called Record Stop. They may have moved since then, not sure.
Extremely rare footage of someone buying music records instead of stealing/ downloading from torrents. Very very rare!!!

What's up with all the copies of Beatles VI?
I see you passed up a prominently displayed copy of one of your favorite records, Pet Sounds, not to mention the Tony Bennett/Lady Gaga record.
TrustMeI'mBlack - I'm sure the Bennett/Gaga record is leagues better.
To be sure. And there won't be no whiny songs about Tony's lady cutting her hair.
Hey Joe, I thought that was a very interesting place. While I'm not much into CD's anymore, their selection was terrific and cheap! I thought Antny would have picked up more. Record Stop in Lake Ronkonkoma used to be my favorite store - I would travel a few times a year just to go to it; I'm assuming it isn't the same guys.
dixielandfarm - I don't know. And I think these guys might be moving.
He was the same guy, his son took over and moved to Patchogue..ny
Great store the original was
That place probably does a lot of mail order/online sales, based on the warehouse looking setup. I wonder how much in store sales they get?
Steve Derda Yes he was mostly on line sales...but he had slot of loyal buys I was one of them.
Aha, see you found that Lost Decca Tapes Album Joe!
Picture discs are the one thing lacking from my collection
HOLD THE PHONE....REEL MUSIC ON CD?😂REEEELY?
You need to drive to Allentown Pennsylvania. We have a amazing record store. Its called Double Decker Records! You definitely won't be disappointed.. Take care guys and drive safe!👍✌☺☺☺☺☺Tell the owner Jammie,Alan told you about Double Decker Records.
Great video
Wow, how much was that Run Devil Run box? I saw the album on vinyl over here and Flaming Pie, they were going for about £100 each.
Arthur Lager - It was considerably over $100.. I wasn't prepared for that.
My Mum is a big Beatles fan too. She wants Flaming Pie on vinyl, but £100 is too much to justify on one album. I've told her to hold on as it may get re-released. I'm really impressed with the new Flowers In The Dirt.
LOL I buy $1 cd’s. Nice videos, keep them coming.
How often do you sell or trade vinyl to either help with cash or get music you've just got to have? Is it hard for you to part with stuff?
Anthony Edwards - Not as often as I'd like. It's not usually hard to part with stuff because I usually have doubles, or it's a record I just don't feel I want.
Wonder how many Pablo Cruise el peas were there?
Please tell me your from NY or Jersey . I’m in Florida & I miss that accent
You never know! I might also be from Alabama.
The food looks good
Best cover of Helter Skelter on Pat Benatar's album...
