@MsLabeer I thought so too ... a salesman sample. There is no reason in the world that would be new... not even for a dollhouse. Prob from the late 1800s but that is just my guess. I thought it was really cool and worth buying imho.
I had that piece as a kid in the 1970s. It was a souvenir from a colonial village that I visited as a kid. There were a few different objects. I also picked up the old miniature telephone that was also part of that collection.
Oh, my gosh, I would have screamed with delight if I found the pink 1930s Depression Glass sandwich tray! I can't believe you put it back. Yes, I also thought the piece of burlwood was a dog's head. Awesome find with the S&P shakers.
Just so you know, Indian themed salt and pepper shakers are hard to find in pairs. Maybe next time get them because there's quite a few people in my neck of the woods who would of jumped on those.
My husband used to work for the Dept of Corrections at a state prison. It's true, they have gift shops. He bought a tin of chocolates with the prison name and picture of the prison on it.
The Pfaltzgraff pattern is Americana. It was only made a few years so people who have these are always on the look out for replacement pieces (like me).
I had the green and orange salt and pepper shakers when I got married in 1971. I think there was a napkin holder too. So those might have been a few $$ profit from nostalgic buyers. 😊
First time yelling at a video then checked the comments and no one else mentioned….the Royal Albert Country roses light and I believe (below) was a serving bowl! I was waiting for you to go through to the china!
Those salt and pepper shakers were great. There was something that looked like a mini trash can in the box. It looked like it had the handle or the tail of something sticking out of a notch in the lid. I so wanted you to pick that up, take off the lid and check it out. I wanted to see if it was some sort of salt and pepper shaker too.
That chicken at 3:59 . . . You passed it several times. I think its Inarco. They came in a blue and green colorway also. Worth a few bucks at least. And he was cute. ☺️
I absolutely saw a hound dog even before you said 😂😂😂😂. Ps I loved the black cat salt & pepper shakers! I would have loved to buy them but live in England. 😢. The safety pin vase was pretty, not my sort of thing but so glad you picked it up. Be really interesting to see how much it sells for.
I buy all the milk glass vases I can find but won’t spend more than $1 each. I sell as a lot & make a decent profit on them. Seems they’re still a hot wedding/shower item. Love the Halloween costume section as I find great vintage clothing stuffed in those racks.
Today I was thrifting at Goodwill & found a Scentsy white bird warmer for $3.99 . Also at Salvation Army a rectangular box full of succulents so cute $1.99 I was quite happy with my purchases. Our Pink Ladies will open after 3 weeks of being closed .. to revamp for Fall decor & Christmas excited to see all new treasures.
You picked up a wide variety of items today. I thought the tall 😅pottery vase with the jail picture in it was a hoot! If I saw that in a shop I would pick it up as a conversation piece!
I remember when you were in New York, I think, and the guy who was there with you and the Flipping Van Life found those Holt Howard cats. Then when you just found those Holt Howard shakers, I was reminded. You see, I have the ones like the guy found (no, the device that makes noise doesn't work on mine either.) Right after the video ended, I ran out to make sure. Those cats exactly. So, tell me, should the cats be looking at each other or away from each other?
Can you explain sometime how you can tell the difference between a transfer and painted design on an article, can you show them together and explain what the difference is because I have a hard time with that, thank you.
Yep..same totally saw hound dog on the shelf till you picked it up 😂
I saw a big frog.
Yes I saw the hound dog 🐶🌸🌼🌸Maria lambert
Not a spoon on the cast iron stove, it would actually be a handle to lift up the hot cover on top of the stove. It’s a salesman’s sample.

I also loved the pink depression glass. 😊
I loved that tray as well!
If mom didn't want it- it would be great for your booth!
I have several pieces of that pink depression glass pattern. Never seen that piece before!
Just so you know, Indian themed salt and pepper shakers are hard to find in pairs. Maybe next time get them because there's quite a few people in my neck of the woods who would of jumped on those.

I am cracking up at the Twilight zone and X-files themes playing in goodwill.
😂😂😂
Ghostbusters too 😂
Same!! Love it!
I thought I was hearing things
The Pfaltzgraff pattern is Americana. It was only made a few years so people who have these are always on the look out for replacement pieces (like me).
I have 3 pieces. Sugar bowl and covered bowl and I'm guessing a serving bowl.
Slot screw was right for vintage. 😊
You should do a theme with cracked items...A Crack In Time...lol... love watching all your videos... keep up the great work!!❤️🇨🇦
The pink depression glass sandwich tray would have been a great find....
I had the green and orange salt and pepper shakers when I got married in 1971. I think there was a napkin holder too. So those might have been a few $$ profit from nostalgic buyers. 😊
I had to laugh when you said that the jail has a gift shop so you can get a souvenir after spending the night in their jail LOL
Omg great S&P haul!! Those Holt Howard ones were amazing!!
I have one of those cast iron stoves mine is over 55 yrs old.
Excellent price for the wolf tile! You should have picked up the pink depression glass tray!!
I think Chewy was haunting that burl wood as I saw a dog as soon as the camera hit it. Glad you did too otherwise I would wonder about my sanity lol
13:47 those are the dip part of a ‘cooler’ the other part looks like a pottery jar, and those sit on the ice with dip in it.
My mom collected the mini cast iron pieces. The pot belly stove complete was hard to find. And if you did they were approximately $30
The cast-iron stove had a flat head screw in it. If it was newer it would have a phillips head screw😊
Hello Jocelyn and everyone! At 3:12 same creamer as you put in the cart, the one with the blue 😊
I saw it too 😂
It did look like a hound dog!😄
Love love love the salt and pepper shakers..😍
First time yelling at a video then checked the comments and no one else mentioned….the Royal Albert Country roses light and I believe (below) was a serving bowl! I was waiting for you to go through to the china!
Great find on the Holt Howard shakers! Gotta take the win when you find it! The other shakers were pretty great as well!
I love how your values are realistic and what you might actually make after all else. Thanks for the entertainment and education.
Yes, saw the hound dog immediately! and when you picked him up and turned him around he has a mountain peak on the back of his head!
Yes I saw a dog!
Maybe it was Chewy
I shouldn't have lol'd at your comment, but I did 😆
Hello from Colorado!😊 i love the cat shakers so much! Both sets! Thank you for a fun, calming, walk along! I need the smiles and laughs.🌺🙏🏻🌺
The abstract thistle dish at 13.40 looks very much like Wemys (weems) pottery from Scotland.
Hello !!!! Have a most wonderful week everyone!!!!
The jailhouse souvenir story…..epic! Made me laugh. 🤣
I definitely thought that was a hound dog. Maybe the ghost if chewy is roaming that Goodwill?
You missed out on the little cast iron stove. Very old. Probably made in the '40s or '50s. Very collectable.
Yes i saw it the hound dog! your mom would have wanted that pink dish, yes.
I thought that wood thing was a frog before you picked it up. Lol Funny what different things people perceive😊
I totally saw the hound dog , too!! Amazing!
LOVED the raccoons, salt & pepper shakers, all fun stuff.❤
The shakers! And, omg, the Holt Howards!! 🎉 I was cheering you on!!🎉
Am like you about the salt & Pepper shakers. ..They are awesome. Thanks for sharing!
Yes the wood looked just like a hound dog😊
Pfaltzgraff plate @5:54 is in the America pattern.
That chicken at 3:59 . . . You passed it several times. I think its Inarco. They came in a blue and green colorway also. Worth a few bucks at least. And he was cute. ☺️
LOL! I thought the wood knot was a bulldog at first :P
I also saw a bulldog! We may be the only ones as everyone else is saying hound. I still didn't see hound even after she pointed it out.
@@tamdickerson1613 Good ole pareidolia LOL. I guess the bulldog is in the eyes of the beholders :P Have a wonderful week :)

Ahh I wish you picked up the salesman sample stove-it was a really good deal! Score on the shakers though!
Holt Howard great find
Those bedazzled birds would be fun to make into Christmas ornaments imho 😊
Really good crafting pieces once cut out. 🎉
@@janrossetti3571 Right? I hope someone does that because it would be really cute and pretty 😍
Holt Howard at gw? Nice! I collect tonala for my kitchen. I think you'll have to have another S&P sale train....I'll need to get in on that one!
I totally saw the hound dog in the burl wood. 👍🏻

I saw the hound dog in the burl wood too!
I DID see a hound dog too!! I couldn’t believe a small hunk of burl wood cost $3.99 though but….it IS goodwill 😂
Yes, my first thought was it's a dog.
Love the salt and pepper shakers. 😊

You made me laugh with the bedazzled bird calendar!😂
I saw it Jocelyn!
The corns missing the stand would glow. Should have gotten them
I NEED the cat salt & pepper shakers. For real.
Whole box is great.
You picked up a wide variety of items today. I thought the tall 😅pottery vase with the jail picture in it was a hoot! If I saw that in a shop I would pick it up as a conversation piece!
I totally saw the hound dog. You should have bought it and slapped some googly eyes on it. Viola!
Nice salt & pepper shakers
Loved the video ❤😊.
It can still be a hound dog it was so cute and a great surprise 😂
The corn shakers😮
Nothing to say because All that I know is because of you ☺️🫡 💫💫😊
Chewy’s carved wooden box is very similar to the wood box that holds my husband’s ashes.
That ghost with the tongue sticking out sells for around 24 dollars!
Yes, I saw the hound dog too. That's why I thought you were going for it😅 A bit anticlimactic in the end, but still funny.
Jackpot s&p shakers 😊
Frame 2:22 + Look, You found Beetlejuice's Cereal Bowl !!! :~)
LOL when she picked it up I was like 'Beetlejuice vibes' hahaha
@@penelopesparrow Glad to know I'm not the only one ! :~)
The burwood… I saw a dog too 😅
My mother made vases like the bobby pin one, but she used Safety pins and wire.
It was safety pins … she corrected herself 😊
You had me chuckling tonight. 😂
I saw floppy ears too. 🤗
I bet if you put the scary raggedy ann ceramic to the halloween section so.eone would bring her home!
I saw the hound dog 😊
When will NN be avaliable for Android users?
I totally saw the hound dog too😂
I saw the dog, too

I TOTALLY SAW IT!!!😂❤
Can you explain sometime how you can tell the difference between a transfer and painted design on an article, can you show them together and explain what the difference is because I have a hard time with that, thank you.
I have often wondered the same thing.
If it's handpainted it has brush stroks and transfer has dotts. The same goes for artwork and prints.
And Jocelyn has looked at thousands of designs so can probably tell how it’s applied in a nanosecond.
At 1.17 the Mexican vase has vicman on, just wondering if anyone has information about this artist as i have a parrot jug made by him x
I saw the dog too!!!😂😂😂
That Chewy box was sad😢
I also thought it was a hound dog at first, lol.
I saw it before u said a word 👍
I totally seen the dog too!
I❤ Hawker ware.❤❤❤
Salesman’s sample
I definitely thought it was a hound dog. What a disappointment.
