I was in Paris recently, and had to make a purchase in the Rue Cambon Chanel boutique. I fell in love with a pale pink Trendy CC in a soft pink. My version has leather running through the CC clasp closure and leather through the Chanel on the metal bar across the top. I love my bag. But I am precious with it because it's pale pink. But then I am precious with most of my bags. Unfortunately, my Trendy CC is a 2023, so the long strap is not removable, like was possible with the older versions. I wish my bag had a removable strap, but. . .I love my Trendy. I tuck the long into the back compartment, then tuck in a think cosmetic bag to keep the strap from moving. This allows for the strap leather part to sit closely to the short arm handle. Happy decision-making on the Trendy.

The cf is in caviar and trendy is lambskin. The way light reflects is different on these bags. Trendy has some age to it, so looks shinny, but a bit faded
Lambskin is lighter than caviar. My cf is in caviar so I would say they are abt the same. Trendy is maybe 5 percent heavier. But would be more evident if compare to a Lambskin cf

Was the creasing bad on the back of the flap when its fully opened?
For the cf? Not really. Cuz I don't use it frequently enough. And caviar also is better than lambskin
@@DREAMBAG2021 oh sorry I meant the Trendy cc. Bc of holding the handle with the flap together, i am afraid the front of the flap will also crease.

Does the leather have a sheen? Is it as sheeny as the leather on a lamb skin classic flap or a little different looking m?
