@@terranova1203 Yes and the scary part of it is the Americans were not that far away from this maybe not exactly as the show depicts it but imagine the Entente not being able the repay their loans this would leave the US in a far much worser spot when the Great Depression begins who konws maybe it will start even faster in this timeline.
What makes the MHC unrealistic to me is that there's an even an american resistance in Nazi part of America instead of the entire white pops being a full on nazis.
The number of references to culture and history is breathtakingly detailed. The aesthetic is fantastic; the use of colour to denote ideology is amazing. Not forgetting the amazing plot development already. You should be proud of your work. Couldn't rate more highly. Spectacular.

So... the series instead of obeying and following the game rule, we have a world where Germany had been very competent as they had been steadily researching advanced technologies left and right without any penalties and even had working nuclear bomb making technology in 1941? Wow, the Kasier sure love using console commands. I approve 👌
Gotta say, I've had my fair share of skepticism at first, but after watching the episode I absolutely love this. I think you absolutely nailed it aesthetic and story wise, it even inspired me to write my own story in Kaiserreich. I can't wait for episode two!

I highly enjoyed this, animation and voice acting was top notch. It is a little weird seeing the universe we are familiar with changed. The substituted historical names, the fact that Germans have post-war levels of tech, the fact that the Second WeltKrieg hasn't started by 1941. It didn't detract from the experience, it's just odd given that the primary audience for this will be people who've played the game to deviate from what's possible in that game. But ultimately it's their IP and this is what they want to do with it. Looking forward to ep 2.
Alternatively, the Kaiserreich being wedged between the Internationale and Savinkovist Russia would've resulted in the Kaiserreich placing continued investment on military research, without the constraints of Versailles. And I bet that you can probably insert mentions snippets of the broadcaster saying Long and MacArthur's names from the Kaiserreich Radio.

I have to say, I had some doubts about this project, but is absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. Storyboard format works so well due majestic work on characters' face expressions. Especially Emily's ones. With perfect voice acting she really comes alive. Sawyer is great too, his "Two Civil Wars" shot was mindblowing. Story is also great: "The Man in High Castle" vibes are awesome, and some departures not exactly from mod lore, but more like from typical gameplay experience were actually quite interesting, adding feeling of novelty and subverting expectations. The only downside is the time we'll have to wait for next episode 😥 My financial situation is not so great right now, but I will strongly consider backing you on Patreon. Keep up this amazing work!

Well, I cannot actually edit the message... So I put my thoughts here :) It's been a long time. Really, I been playing hoi4 since release, and been following Kaiserreich for a long time. Hell, I even unironically played Victoria 2 verison of KR and it's pretty fun lol. I can feel you guys devote everything into this series, and I appreciate the efforts too. I don't have much money... I guess I was thinking of a show that was more focused on the trip to LA and only limited backstory for the sake of time I thought it would be a show that builds the plot from the ground up but this format allows for serious speculation not just about Albert but every one especially Sawyer and I love the slide that explains the C.S.A’s situation the mood of it really reinforces the idea that Kaiserriech is the darker timeline just love it keep up the good work!

Its hard to understand why they are that active against the CSA but probably because since the withdrawal of Reed the totalist or at least more authoritarian revolutionnaries took over most/some state apparatus

I have to say, I had some doubts about this project, but is absolutely exceeded any expectations I had. Storyboard format works so well due majestic work on characters' face expressions. Especially Emily's ones. With perfect voice acting she really comes alive. Sawyer is great too, his "Two Civil Wars" shot was mindblowing. Story is also great: "The Man in High Castle" vibes are awesome, and some departures not exactly from mod lore, but more like from typical gameplay experience were actually quite interesting, adding feeling of novelty and subverting expectations. The only downside is the time we'll have to wait for next episode 😥
My financial situation is not so great right now, but I will strongly consider backing you on Patreon. Keep up this amazing work!

It's been a long time. Really, I been playing hoi4 since release, and been following Kaiserreich for a long time. Hell, I even unironically played Victoria 2 verison of KR and it's pretty fun lol.

I guess I was thinking of a show that was more focused on the trip to LA and only limited backstory for the sake of time I thought it would be a show that builds the plot from the ground up but this format allows for serious speculation not just about Albert but every one especially Sawyer and I love the slide that explains the C.S.A’s situation the mood of it really reinforces the idea that Kaiserriech is the darker timeline just love it keep up the good work!
Such an honor being a part of...this has been a great into into the KaiserReich world for me...onto more research before the next half of episode 1 : - )

I've never heard of the Kaiserreich universe, but the more I learn, the more intrigued I am. Dieselpunk-esque alternate histories are my bread and butter, and I can't wait to watch your other videos. Good luck with the series going forwards! 😁
Kaiserreich is not exactly a dieselpunk aesthetic though, the universe has been steadily moving towards more realism for the past few years
@@kaisercatcinema To be fair, my definition of "Dieselpunk" is pretty flexible. An alternate history in the early- to mid-20th Century with Fascist and Communist factions fits the bill in my book. 😁
Fair - though when someone says Dieselpunk in this context I am thinking Wolfenstein, which is a bit more out there with the Nazi robots 😁
