I've noticed Eric's entire debate style is to be incredibly obtuse and pedantic. Unfortunately for him, that's where lawyers excel. Nick just deposed him and Eric got run through the meat grinder. Eric should not have subjected himself to this, he wasn't prepared.
Eric wasn't coming into this prepared to debate. He thought they were just having a conversation between friends to iron things out and avoid drama. Nick was clearly looking to poke holes into anything Eric said to defend why he reacted the way he did.

I think Eric should absolutely take notes from this conversation. Because any lawer he goes up against is gonna do exactly this. And nick absolutely poked a ton of holes in what Eric was presenting.
This is literally the only response on this video that makes any sense. Everyone in these comments is shitting on Nick and riding Eric's dick hard.
I think given Rekeita's lack of success in the courtroom that Eric is well within his right to listen to his practicing Texas lawyers.
not saying he shouldn't, i just think nick did in fact challenge what Eric was presenting and i think it should be noted. @@PepsiMan666
This is the most disingenuous shite. If the same thing happened and someone did this shite at Nick's Law offices he would have exactly the same take as Rippa.

I'm sorry, but stickers absolutely can be a burden. Eric has to pay someone to clean them off. Yeah, stickers are harmless in the respect to no broken class. However stickers are still time consuming to get off. Imagine needing to scrub stickers off glass with chemicals, razor blades ect. Nicks audacity is astounding. He should have had this conversation earlier. He'ss just trying to salavge the bridge he burned with Rippa/ G&G/nerdrotic squad. Nick is fake.
It was a $20 bill taped to the building with Scotch tape
Why a twenty?
What's more of a burden to a company, Peeling a sticker off the winder or having another company use your name ?
Oh look,a woman who doesn’t know any better

Nick is a snake, his nose tells me everything
Wow...,if your in Texas, you've got no trespassing signs...we've got'em on all 4 corners ,& in each between....
Can someone explain what this is all about?
Dick and Vito are being f*gg*ts to Eric July and now it’s being taken IRL because Dick and Vito keep pushing it. Rekeita pretending to being impartial to Eric when on his livestreams he clearly trying very hard to sweep for Dick and Vito.
Dick Masterston is trying to be promote himself by trolling someone with a bigger audience (Eric July). Eric July doesn't know how to handle being trolled.
Nick is irrationally loyal to Dick Masterson and engages in self-destructive behavior to help Dick Masterson.
Or, Nick is friends with Dick, Dick thinks Eric is a crook and defrauding a charity.
@@theroachden6195that is the retarded perspective yes.
A guy taped money to the window of a warehouse and the renter of the warehouse thinks he can shoot him for it.
Eric taking a fat L like this hurt me. He became the hater who got monetized. You hate to see it
His own motto came back to bite him
Smart thing to do is drop that motto and just go use on your business and comic………
Most likely he about to double down tho 😂😂😂
I feel like they were talking past each other. And it does seem like Nick is right if Eric is wanting to pursue legal action. The trespassing is very shaky ground. And the best you're gonna get for the stickers is a slap on the wrist. Now the implied threat fuck his nuts said... maybe you can do something with that.
We meeded a white board to show definitions. What is Objective? What is a liar ?what is trolling?
Who is Riley? New to this
This drama is getting so gay, its just showing how everyone involved including everyone at geeks and gamers and everyone that works for juju is a regard.. Protect your shit, or stop crying about it. These are the dangers of not being anon.
what does G & G have anything to do with this
Is this Eric's conservative character development? We're all aware political enemies exist and covering your ass is a-okay. Libertarianism does not account for hidden motives.
What in the world are you talking about.
Fucking what lmao
I know its impossible to defend Nick in 2023, but there's no way Eric is the good guy. Nick asked for an example of a threat and Eric folded immediately. I wish he had gone on with someone like Joe or Kurt, Nick is just the wrong messenger in this case.
Take his nose out your mouth
I saw this live.
How does one make Nick look good and expect to be taken seriously afterwards?
I wish i had the patience to watch this clip to know what the fuck you're talking about
Nick didn't need to try and look good. I saw it live too and all he did was ask Eric to clarify things, and asked him basic questions. Rippa's feelings are hurt because he gave shit answers and got cooked for it.
OK I found the sane people. What the Hell is going on with most of the posters on this clip channel's vids?

So that's the debate/interview whatever that caused all the drama? Seems nothing to me. They disagreed on something that's it. I don't get that Nick following that had to go on drunken rants in other videos "exposing" Eric whatever. Really not sure what is the point, Nick. Turn the page and move on.
@@Blu3-Fir3 100% he thought he was having a conversation, but what he got was a deposition
Nick literally doesn't know the legal difference between private and public property or what trespassing is.

Eric is wrong that his business is not public, I found public listings, not chatboards, of his business address in less than 10 seconds.

Eric's fans make the women on The View look like Harvard graduates.
Ooo cant wait for this.
Explain?
Eric is absolutely an idiot in this situation. If his employees follow his advice and misunderstanding of TX law they're going to end up in prison.
They didnt troglodyte
Yo! Eric is a baby!
Eric this video shows Nic is smarter than you, by a mile.
You still stand by this statement after Rekieta got caught jerking it on stream? Or you gonna double down on being completely wrong
Not sure how anyone can take Eric seriously after this interview.
Eric acted like anyone would have in the throes of having an intruder enter the place. He was just all emotion and had the thoughts of his employees on the mind. We have to remember he's riding the waves of huge success and all the adversity that comes with that.
That's why it took Nick so long to bring him back down to earth. Eric simply looked at Nick's commentary and made the mistake that he was against him or siding with his dissenters.
Nick was always on the right side of this particular issue, it's everyone's understandable hatred of Dick Masterson that lead Eric and everyone else astray.
@@Dynamus21enter a place. HE NEVER WENT IN FUCKING SIDE. HE LITERALLY NEVER WENT INSIDE. AND NO ONE TOLD HIM TO LEAVE.

You just pulled that out your ass

Bro Eric just needs to shut up the last tens of this..he was talking to much
OMG Eric July fans are all over this chat and you can flat out fuckin tell NONE of them watched this interview.
Nick asked very basic straightforward questions Eric could not answer OR he gave terrible answers.
Nick was correct, if Eric's lawyers said he's fine capoing Ripley for his little prank then he needs new lawyers becaue there is MORE to the statute that Eric quoted and HE DID NOT WANT TO HEAR THAT FROM NICK.
Also about the charity, as soon Eric said no it's not $17.50 it's really $13 I, because I'm not a fucking idiot, understood where Nick was coming from. Eric's dumbass answer will open him to an overzealous or bored IRS agent, be he in the right or not.
"I ask you flat out, have you?" - Eric
"Maybe" - Rekieta
"Is that a yes or no?" - Eric
"I don't know." - Rekieta
