Played my last high school football game 4 years ago today. Our band played this all the time and this song always got us hype. This and all of the lights were my favorite songs the band played. Miss those days being out on the field hearing everyone from my hometown cheering and hearing the band start playing
Four years later, some of these kids marched, or are marching with a university marching band, and have become much better musicians. ALL of them have exceeded their peers in life skills for the mere fact they were in band.
This band mainly sound good because of the large amount of people. But for a middle school band it is not bad. I just have to say that the lower brass sometimes just has to chill.
I don't mean any offense, (okay, maybe a little) but there is a reason that the pros are drum and bugle corps. I counted at least 15 flutes and a decent number of clarinets and saxophones. What did I hear? Not them! It sounded pretty amazing though!
There are no woodwinds in drum corps. (presently) And DCI groups are not "pros". They are all still students with most being college aged. Just saying.
@@DennisJohnsonDrummer That's exactly the point I was making. There aren't woodwinds in drum and bugle corps. And while many of them are students, I consider a group that competes in and potentially wins an international competition to be fairly professional.
This was a one day camp to welcome incoming freshmen, not a concert. They started learning the piece at 8 am, and performed it for parents at 4 pm. I don't think it was embarrassing at all that they needed a tempo beat.
my band consisted of like 20 kids with asthma and the few cultured kids who played percussion. This is incredible.
We have a flute with asthma, one kidney, and heart disease but she outplays all the flutes
Wow. The fact that they could play is outstanding!
I play percussion
Me playing trumpet 😎
For me percussion is the weird one

Outstanding! The students captured the heroic feel of the music.
Oh boy, my band is going to play and we don’t sound even close to this good. This is incredible!
Stand up for the *_international_* anthem of “The Avengers”
Boy this brings back memories from when I was in band

Nobody playing euphonium nor baritone horn. Good to see in the sense that holding them up can be a chore.

I graduated from cane ridge
The metronone
The first melody is 2 times . Also what the times signature
These people are good lol

Holy low brass
Why did the lights go out ?
It was after school and they sat so still the motion sensors didn't sense enough movement for the lights to stay on, lol!
Still sounded better than when my band played it T_T
The young avengers theme.
No one is noticing the girl who is slashing air for no reason.
🤷🏻♂️

I gotta disagree with on that.
Eh the metronome is killing me
Personally it was the dancers that I could really hear in the music
Still better than the post-Endgame MCU
Where’s the regular tubas? Susaphones are meant for marching band 🤨
I thought my band was big
Could do without the metronome and non choreographed dancing
Mostly the metronome
LMAOO I JUST NOTICED THE DANCING
IM PLAUONG TJIS AND IM IN 6TH GRADE OHHH YEAAH🦾🦾🦾🦾
And then they got Snapped. Or Blipped, whichever you prefer. Good job though.
Yeah, it doesn't sound as good with half the members.
Color guard is just a waste of space
skipped a lot of measures and bass gotta calm down fr, well played over all
Whats up with the condition bros?!??! Literally nothing more than beat and u rly have a metronome goin so yeah ☠️
Get rid of the metronome guy💀
this band is good enough not to have that stupid metronome thing in the background lol
Believe it or not, that was their first day playing that piece as a full band. That is why they had the metronome in the background.
@@skeetikat you’re kidding mate my band can’t even play coherently after like 100 practice sessions
This must be at least 3rd-4th year players?
It is freshman through senior players. At the time of this recording, CRHS was rated 18th in the nation for marching bands, I believe.
Facts
olhem a banda Musical Luiz Ferreira Gomes
The fact that y’all need a tempo for your concert to keep pace is embarrassing
This was a one day camp to welcome incoming freshmen, not a concert. They started learning the piece at 8 am, and performed it for parents at 4 pm. I don't think it was embarrassing at all that they needed a tempo beat.
Not the kids doibg tiktok dances at the back
