On the GR20 there was no switch to engage the upward position on lift. I could only control manually from the lift on back bottom of lift. So basically took 2 ppl to work one lift due to this problem. How can the person in the lift control the up n down without getting out of the lift entirely

What do you do when the cable gets stuck underneath the platform
