Some great footage here. Only snorkel at the moment, but still much to see in the shallows in Barbados. Many wrecks can be swam out to from the beach and as you show they are great artificial reefs for marine life.
@emmanueljrl I used Reefers and Wreckers. They were very good overall. They picked us up from our hotel and dropped us back off after every day for a week. Make sure to ask them to take you to the Stav and the cement plant - both great dive sites. If you are advanced (and the weather is cooperating) ask them to take you to the Chasm. You wont regret it.
Reefers and Wreckers provide excellent professional service at all times and they are very friendly...i recommend anyone to dive and explore Barbados beautiful underwater diving with them : )
@ambaandi The Olympus EPL-2 with underwater housing. It is a great camera and this was my first trip using it. I had issues with focus but that was because i didn't know how to use it. In my future videos, it should be a lot better... fingers crossed.

Im here on holiday and went for a swim, ended up seeing a ray, a puffer and a turtle :)
For years I've been saying to folks we ain't got sharks, now our tourists would certainly be scared! Thanks a lot! X/
Sharks are not something to be scared about. ;)
At least not nurse sharks, but most folks do get jumpy. BTW they're a wonderful addition to our menu! P8
Fella I’m coming to Barbados next year and totally want to see sharks!!!
great pictures, what camera did you use?

That's a hawksbill turtle at the beginning. Not a green turtle. So I already don't take you seriuosly before we got ahead in the video.
WE HAVE SQUID!?! Which part of the island have YOU been diving?!
Indeed you do. East side of the island along the edge of the reef.
Calamari anyone? P8
And I think we now also have stingrays!
Which operator did you use to dive in Barbados?
best plsce
But then how else would I get all these tasty sharks in the fish market? X3
the song?
