    Thank u for these recipes. I will try them as soon as I can. I started eating gluten free and dairy free because of two autoimmune diseases I'm dealing with. Starting to feel and look better so Im sticking with it.

    What wud be the alternative to almond flour my wife is allergic to almonds

      Walnut flour, or cashew flour if she can do either? Something grainy and light is needed. I would suggest potato flour but that is starchy.

      Tigernut flour which isn't a nut but a tuber. Good for people with allergies

    I tried the mini bagels, too much soda in it and the quantity of water recommend is not enough. Not good :(

    You know, I left a Facebook group when I was looking into Paleo, because I was told cavemen didn't have cheese. Umm, cavemen didn't have almond flour, or baking powder, or for that matter, most likely cattle, pigs, chickens, or anything else. They likely were lucky to club or trap a scrawny prehistoric rabbit or something, and if they were lucky, some berries. Most vegetables we eat now have been domesticated from wild counterparts, and the originals were not that appealing. This is why, after researching a LOT of diets, this one, Keto, Vegan, you name it, I am choosing just eating what I WANT, within reason. So tired of these fads people get latched onto. And right now, with stores out of most everything, just be thankful you have food at all.

    So many eggs in paleo bread recipes really turn me off!! I hate the fact that eggs are used in any bread..

    Cassava is not KETO friendly. It is HUGE in carbs. May as well just eat a potato.
